+ -1 moreExcellent. Kathy is a friend and has done other projects for me and I've referred several of my friends. She worked on the design with us for over 2 years (it takes us a long time to decide and we have to mull over issues). She's very patient and considers your needs and preferences in the design, This is the first time I've also hired her to project manage the project. Because we inserted her as the PM we caught several "oops" in design and construction and were able to make adjustments when needed and prior to going into $$$ change orders. I only gave price a "B" as I know you can find less expensive sources, but I think what Kathy provides for the price is well worth it. Kathy does landscape design...not the actual construction and landscaping. She is a very knowledgeable landscaper.

Kathryn Cerra Associates offers the following services: Landscape Architecture: Concept designs and sketches, construction documents including hardscape/paving layout, planting, irrigation, lighting, grading and drainage, and fire management/fuel reduction plans; submittal of our plans to public agencies; planning services and public meetings, design review board meetings; construction observation; project management. We can coordinate our plans with architects, engineers, and artists, as needed.
We do not install landscapes, drainage, irrigation, planting, lighting. We do not perform pruning, soil testing, traffic engineering, mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering.
