+ -1 morePerfect! On time when he said he'd begin, spent two consecutive mornings here with a helper. Did a professional job and the survey was sent via email. Had the survey on the evening of his 2nd day. He was the definition of a profession providing service in a very timely manner.
Description of Work: Surveyed my residential home in Burbank, installed permanent markers at all four corners, identified the easement and diagramed the house and detached garage on the survey.

+ -1 moreThank God I found John Ostly! He's the best! I called three other surveyors before I found him and I'm so happy I never booked an appointment with any of them. John knows his stuff, he knows the business and he's honest and professional. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone!
Description of Work: A quick call to John and soon after he called me back with information about my property that none of the three other surveyors I called were able to provide. We set an appointment and he was there right on time, he listened to my story and walked my property with me. On his second visit, he took the time to explain the survey report to me. He provided me with valuable information about my property and I would recommend him to anyone.
