They were very fast. It took 2 and a half days for entire outside and one interior room complete with some stucco work. The prep was the best this house has had in the 44 years we have lived here. Plus they fixed a lot of little things around the house like crawl space covers and vent screens. When I let John know about a few minor concerns he sent a man out the next day to take care of everything.

I had gotten an estimate and at that time, several months ago, I was unable to proceed with the project but I happened to refer them to a friend for their job. They raved about them and what a Great job they did. I just hired them to do my home!

John Holden Inc. provides amazing customer service. I was a little skeptical when I first heard it, but they really came through. Their timeliness is fantastic too, which many know is a rarity with contractors. They did a great job and their estimate was far below some others we received. We had them paint the outside this time, and will have them back when we are ready to paint inside.

Had exterior of house painted and also roof tune up They were very professional, very courteous, punctual, and finished the job before the estimated time. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

John and crew painted an old church in West LA. It was a difficult assignment, but John stuck with the job.

I had a great experience with John Holden and his team. They were punctual, professional and made our house look beautiful. Before they were halfway done, some of our neighbors stopped by and thanked us for bringing some color to the neighborhood! My next door neighbor asked for his name and number so that they could get their house painted, too. I chose John Hold Inc. because the value for the money was so high; they not only painted my entire home stem to stern, they also painted our wrought iron fence and all the matching wrought iron hand rails. I got a written estimate on the spot, no money down. That really spoke to me because I felt it showed confidence in their work; and they really delivered. The crew was run by a gentleman that took real care with our plants and all the details. The crew arrived at 9am each morning and worked until 5 or, 6. They were so efficient and professional. John called me each day to check in. I have hired them to come back and paint my kitchen. All in all, a 5 star, 10 out of 10 experience.

John communicate with me throughout the whole time as the exterior of my house was being painted. He calls to check on the process of his crew and let you know what will happen day to day even when work was interrupted by the rain. His crew work very well and were friendly. I will most definitely recommend him and use him in the future for other projects in my house.

I used John Holden Inc. to paint the exterior of my house. I waited 6 months to write my review. I wanted to see how the paint held up. It’s still looks amazing. I receive compliments on the paint job weekly. John and his team did an excellent job. They went out of their way to make sure I received everything I wanted. Including new gutters, custom shutters, and roof repairs. They were very clean and fast. They even followed up a couple of time after the job was finished just to make sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend them. And will use them in the future.

I just had the most wonderful experience with a company that I only was able to look at past reviews. I thought I might still be taking a chance, but there was no chance in it at all. After the initial meeting and agreement the house and garage were power washed then four wonderful, polite and excellent house painters showed up and completely finished scraping, plastering and painting my four bedrooms and garage home in two days, and they left the place as clean as it was when they came. Thank you HomeAdvisor. What a find.

Work was done promptly, to my complete satisfaction. The paint colors selected were spot on to what I requested. They paid excellent attention to details and restored the home to give it more "curb appeal". I will be using them in the future for work on my other properties.

These guys came in and did everything exactly as we discussed. No fuss, no mess, not a single thing went wrong. His guys were easy to work with, we discussed the project anytime I or they had a question, and the work was done to my total satisfaction. The pricing was much better than the others and the quality of the finished job was as high as it could have been so I feel like it was money well spent. These guys took pride in their work. I couldn't be happier and will look towards hiring them for our next project. Thank you to John and your fantastic crew !!!!
