We had two of the big companies out with the uniforms and such, who both said they'd drill periodically into the beam for the drywood termites above the window boxes. They also would drill all around the entire house (we're on a slab) into the soil for the subterranean termites eating the threshold. Estimates were between $2,000 -$3,000. Then Trent came out. He said that perhaps the droppings on the window boxes were from an older infestation in the ceiling beam above that had been treated when we tented years ago, and that they were simply dropping out of the little termite exit holes whenever the exterior door was shut hard. He suggested vacuuming the droppings up, plugging any termite exit holes in the ceiling beam with wood putty, and waiting a month. If there was still active infestation, there would be new little exit holes in the beam and new droppings in piles on the window boxes below. Guess what? No current activity! As for the threshold, he debunked drilling all around the house, as it would poison so much of the soil and might not even reach the subterranean colony. He told me what I didn't want to hear, though, which was that he would need to drill right through our laminate flooring on both sides of the threshold, through the slab and shoot the solution into the soil from there, to get the termites where the colony is. And that's what he did. The saving grace was that the wood pattern of our laminate flooring is knotty pine. I had him drill through the knots in the pattern. When he filled and patched, I painted them brown like knots. Now they blend right in! I filled the eaten cavities in the threshold with resin and did a faux wood paint job. We did find more activity later in that door jamb, so Jennings termite came out again, and this time they did drill outside, which was near the hallway door jamb, but only for a span of about 10 feet. These Burbank family business guys are no-nonsense, don't try to rake you over the coals, and get the job done that needs to get done economically. I love 'em!

This company made a customer for life. I called early and a human answered the phone. Half an hour later, the service tech was at the door, removed the rodent and made a quick arrangement for us to schedule a follow up. The whole process took less than five minutes and solved our immediate problem. Best customer service we ever got. No charge today - we will pay as part of the inspection process.

These guys are the best. I had never used them before but found them on Angie's list. Tenant in our rental property saw a rat headed into the attic. Trent came out and explained the entire rodent life cycle, socialization system, food and ecosystem : ) He also told me how to fix it, what I shouldn't waste any money on, and sealed all of the openings into the attic with great construction skills. (The other bids missed quite a few.) It was done the next day. and he made repeated trips to collect any leftover guys trapped in the attic. The tenants were VERY happy and there was no debris left on their carpets from crawling around in the attic. I waited this long to review----There haven't been any other rodents on the property... so I think he did his job. Also, front office personal is VERY easy to work with and professional. The Trent fellow is super fast and efficient. Very professional and not a crook. He was also the most reasonable bid. Seemed to enjoy his work and took pride in it.

I could not have been more pleased and satisfied with all aspects of the work that was done. This is a local, family owned company for many years in Burbank, the city in CA where I grew up and have lived all my life. That meant a lot to me first off. Everyone I dealt with from their office manager to the people who came out to my house were very personable and very skilled in what they do. Always consistent contact and communication concerning the various days and times over the course of a week and a half it took to schedule the odds and ends I needed done in addition to the termite work. As well they were very good about putting me at ease with the prospect of strangers being inside our house while we were not there. Everyone went the extra mile. I had used their supplied plastic bags for the food goods inside of our refrigerator and out that I cared about and wanted to protect. Some things in the fridge I simply did not care about and left them unprotected as I was running out of time the night before. The tenting and fumigating crew on their own bagged all of those items which I discovered when we moved back in. Very Highly Recommended! Ron Fabienke

Jennings is excellent. I've used them previously for rodent trapping in the attic. Trent is really great (super nice and easy going). They don't try to oversell services. They do the job right! They are the best!

They were wonderful. The guy that comes out is really wonderful. He is professional. He didn't try to talk us into a bunch of stuff that we didn't really need. He has come back to check his work and come back to see if the mice are still trying to get in where he blocked. When we found another spot, he came right out and filled it. He is very reliable and comes within a day or two of calling, if not the same day. He is outstanding. He is great. He taught us a lot too about what to do and how to prevent critters getting into. He is on my list, so will definitely use him.

I do not see any evidence of re-occurance. Be forewarned, make sure you leave pleanty of time of pack up your food stuff prior to the date of extermination. There is a lot of time consuming prep work to be done. Fortunately I anticipated it and did not have a problem.

They are really good. I have been working with them for years. They are a local company. I am a real estate agent so I use them frequently. They are a good family owned long standing business in the community that has a good reputation. One of the reasons I use them is because they have good reputation. I have never had problems with them and they are a good, local, family owned company. They are very reliable. They did fumigation and also did some local treatment. The customer service is good and their work is efficient.

It went perfect just as they stated. They provide all the appropriate bags to pack food, etc. and even a list of Do's and Don'ts. They call the gas company in the beginning but you have to make an appointment for moving back in. That was no problem either.

Very pleased---A fantastic job! Well worth the money spent not to hear a critter in the early morning or evening!

All good except the company did not tell us that we needed to get the Gas Company to turn on and off our gas, thus delaying the project. The company showed up, gas was still on, and said they could not continue. Wrong time to tell us this. Other than that, good job.

They responded promptly to our request for quote and gave us a fair price. They were flexible and very nice. We would definitely use them again.

He recommended a complete termite inspection, but I was unable to schedule an appointment. I may consider doing it in the future. He was was very prompt and professional.

It went very well. They obviously did a good job because we haven't had a problem with spiders since. They gave me an estimate and it ended up being what they said it would be.

I HAD EXPECTED TO HAVE MY ENTIRE HOUSE TENTED BUT WHEN JENNINGS INSPECTED THE AREA HE TOLD US THAT IT WAS MINOR AND WOULD REQUIRE ONLY LOCAL TREATMENT.
