he's a nice enough guy, and fixed the problem, but I felt that I was deliberately overcharged by someone who padded prices and took advantage of the fact that I wasn't aware of costs of parts/labor. His fee is $145 for service fee. He then said a pair of garage sensors were $195 (which if researched are around $40) and he tacked that onto the service fee. The job was done within an hour. I went and bid it as I was suspicious of overcharge so I got some estimates, every single company came about $100 or less. He gave me the excuse he had to diagnose the problem, but he did not respond to me about the overcharge on the part. This is someone who doubled up on his labor and didn't show the integrity needed to be hired again.
