I purchased an Angst Big Deal for this service and it turned out good. Their customer service was good and the technician who came out was honest. They came to do the job probably around the time after I purchased the Big Deal. I only paid the initial price of the Big Deal. There were no extra charges.

Where do I begin? TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! Out of the (3) times I've called this company, Jim either shows up 8 hours after he says he should be there, or in the case of (2) of those instances -- he doesn't show up at all. Even if you call him and leave a message in the morning asking where he is, you get no response. He flat out does not show up!!! How irresponsible, childish, and unprofessional is that? Also, if that isn't enough, he is a totally disrespectful/rude person. So after the 2nd No-Show, when he finally shows up at my door some 48-hours later (causing me to miss a day of my first week of work for a job I just started) he looks at me with this "what's your problem?" glare. And doesn't apologize for never showing up!!! Not only that, he made up a FAKE PRICE, and when he was done, charged me $1,000 MORE than he quoted me. This guy should be blacklisted from the business -- there is no way this company is legitimate.
