Spoke to Rafi at California Green Plumbing and described what I thought happened. He had me take a couple of pictures and was able to give me an estimate and proposal for what he would do over the phone. He showed up on time and finished the job in 15-20 minutes. This was a minor job, but I was impressed with his straightforward attitude, good communication skills and profressionalism. Will definitely call him again when needed.

That was a goody. In fact not only do I use him but I live in a condo and he has also done plumbing work for our building. He's very personable, he's a very busy guy, sometimes we have trouble getting a hold of him. That tells you somebody's good. It's nice to have someone you can communicate with.

It went better than I expected. It went faster than I expected. Raffie is not only a nice guy and easy to talk to, but he's a complete professional. He knows what he's doing. I would not hesitate, for a second, to have him back should I need other plumbing services. Also, the cost of the job was extremely fair.

After a week of living without a functioning sewer line, I was very pleased with the work Raffi and his crew did. So far, all flows smoothly!

It turned out all right. The pricing was good because I didn't have to pay anything extra. There was just 1 person. I wasn't home. The area was pretty clean. They fixed what they were supposed to be there for.

Right away Raffi knew what to do: replace metal rusty parts to brass. Took him an hour and done.

He canceled on me the day off and rescheduled. Should have known then the level of professionalism to expect. Level of work was very sloppy. Didn't seem knowledgeable about simple tasks that you would expect an experienced plumber to do with ease. Didn't put new faucet handle on straight and when it was brought to his attention - he said he "tried" but didn't bring it to my attention as a problem before sealing it in place. I'm pretty sure a brand new faucet handle can be put on straight by an experienced plumber - especially when the previous one was straight. The faucet that he came out to fix and soder now is leaking, and we will have to hire a different plumber to come out to let us know why and to fix it - as our bath tub reglazer said it is an issue and can't reglaze until it is fixed. Again, never leaked before. Plumbing issues aside, he damaged my new vanity drawer by attempting to take it off with force (didn't ask even me if it comes off - although there was other access to pipes that I showed to him - he just wanted it easier for himself). After 15 minutes, he realized the vanity drawer doesn't and wouldn't come off, he used a lot of force, so now it doesn't close properly and the metal hinges are bent. It is an expensive vanity. Also, he is not clear about his prices, seemed to charge by the hour as well as by the project of what he did on the job. Which made it $200 more expensive than other quotes we received. Also, when paying, he rounded up the hour to upcharge, even after he was wrapping at 15 after. Then he tried to charge me $100 for "materials" - two small plastic traps (the ones at home depot for 5 bucks). He didn't clean up after himself. I regret using this service provider and will now have to pay double just to get someone else out to fix his sloppy work. We will also have to live with a damaged vanity. Terrible Angies List experience - don't believe the Angies List rewards - save yourself the money and future expense - get it done right and hire anyone else.

They were arrived same day shortly after I called them, and detected the problem immediately. They were very fast, and clean. They check all my drains to make sure they had the enough pressure after blockage was removed. I LOVED them!

Raffy was knowledgeable, professional and on time for his appointment. He had my problem fixed in under 1 hour. I am so glad I called him and highly recommend his services.

Raffi was amazing. He told me how to fix the problem over the phone. However, I could not figure it out so I still had him come to show me what to do. He was right. It was a simple solution using an alan wrench. I just needed a bigger one to fit in the groove. He showed me how to do it in the future and also how to clean the disposal out with ice, saving me many future calls. I appreciate his time (he was right on time, even 10 minutes early), price and will definitely call him if I have a more serious plumbing problem.

Raffi did a fine job, clearing out roots which had grown in at every joint in the clay pipe. He took his heavy machine up and down two outdoor flights of stairs without complaint - and withhout charging extra, a much appreciated gesture. Also, he took great care not to bang into either the house or the fence on one side, which might have caused paint or structural damage. He sent his video eye down two outlets to let me see both the clogs and the subsequent clearing. Because there were still roots in the pipe, he first advised replacing the clay pipe. Since this would entail quite some expense, as the pipe lies beneath a brick patio, i told him that would be a financial no-go at this point. He then suggeted getting a root killer from Home Depot and sending it down the pipe as instructed. He also advised me to keep the cap on the outlet pipe loose, in case of any emergency backup, so that it would push the cap off and overflow outside instead of backing up into the house! All in all, an instructive visit, an effective visit, and a pleasant one.

He took care of the situation. They were professional and clean. They knew their business and they took care of it in a prompt manner and they knew how long it would take and they took care of it within the time allotted. They finished the job within a day. They knew how to take care of the problem and had all the right tools.

He had top quality parts already in the truck, actual Toto brand. He was open that he charged a premium for the replacement parts because he had brand parts on hand and it saved time, and I thought that was fair. It's why I gave a B on the price because the parts were a tad on the high side, but the rest of the experience was a solid A and I'd hire them again without hesitation.

The job was a simple one and was completed in no time. Raffi was professional, pleasant, and prompt. He was also informative, educational and willing to answer other questions I had about a possible issue in another part of the house. I definitely recommend.

My garbage disposal started leaking as I was doing the dishes. I found hard hat plumbing online and called them. Ralph came out within the hour. Lucky for me he had the correct parts in his van and didn't need to go to the store. He worked fast and cleaned up after himself which was a plus. The service was great and Ralph was very knowledgeable and kind. I will definitely use this company again.
