It was a very good experience. I called at about 3:30 and they were able to get to the house around 5:00. Raffi was very friendly and professional. He took care of both of these problems in less than an hour. I would totally use him again, and recommend him, as well.

I phoned on Sunday to make an appointment for Monday -- he could have come sooner but I was working. Raffi came on time and was done in well under an hour. I wish I had known about his company earlier. He was polite, personable and professional. I totally have a new plumber. Will definitely use the company again.

I called Rafi around noon, and he said he would come out at 5PM. I was very happy to have someone come in on the same day to examine our plumbing, which has had drainage problems for years. We've had to snake the line at least a couple times a year. Rafi arrived at 4:50; I was shocked someone was early. He is a no-nonsense kind of guy with a dry sense of humor that makes him relatable. Not knowing our plumbing system, he took a look at all the toilets and then went to the cleanout in the front yard. It took him a few minutes to figure out the layout of our system, and then we decided to pay to have his video camera come out and examine how things were. I like to see the actual problems, not guess what they are. So when he put his expensive video camera down into our main line, we saw root after root, and one major problem in the line where it hit the city sewer line. He also identified where our main line was with his camera detector (I don't know what it's actually called). I feel like we have a better sense as to the condition of our main line, and the need to replace it. He was quite up front about how expensive it would cost, considering how far down we'd have to dig to fix where it connects with the main sewer line. I would suggest for everyone to use video technology when possible, so you can actually see what's going on in there. I wish in our case we could somehow see the condition of the plumbing below one of our bathrooms, but Rafi didn't have any suggestions on how or if that's even possible. I wanted him to take a look at some drainage problems we have in our back yard, which he obliged. He gave me a sense as to what it would take to fix a major problem we have with rain water pooling right next to the house and leaking in. He said his team could handle it and I'll have to get a quote. I will definitely work with Rafi again over our previous plumber. He appears to have a quiet respect for the kind of work that he does, and you don't get the sense that he'd rather be elsewhere than at the job--even if that's probably the case for any of us who work hard.

Raffi did an excellent job. He came out the day I called him to repair the water leaks. Very nice to get them fixed the same day I discovered them. He was quick and professional. I would definitely call him again for any plumbing job.

This was my first time utilizing California Green Plumbing and I have to say that Raffi (the owner) was as good as I could've possibly hoped. He was very nice and polite, friendly and personable. More importantly, with just a brief description of the problem he knew right where to go and how to fix it. He went above and beyond my expectations with the clean up afterward and also spot checking for other possible concerns which turned up no further problems. His pricing was far less than what I expected to pay considering the thorough job he performed. The day after, I found out that a couple of other local businesses swear by him and have used him for years. Raffi will absolutely be the first person I call whenever another plumbing issue arises.

I called several plumbers and no one was available to provide same day service. Raffi was the only one and his quote was comparable to the rest. He came promptly as promised and the removal and installation of a new kitchen faucet only took 30 minutes. He was incredibly professional and cleaned up after himself (he even cleaned out the baseboard underneath the kitchen sink, which was quite dirty and not his fault!). He even fixed a couple loose ends in the bathroom sink and helped us think through options for reducing hard water problems and main line backups. Next time we have a plumbing problem, we're definitely contacting Raffi. Thanks for your great work!

Well, what can I say, a Tradesman who knows his trade, an honorable man who keeps his promises, and delivers even more than you expect. All of this applies to Raffi the owner of California Green Plumbing. For years I've had problems with roots in my main sewer line. I'd been having it cleaned every six months but over the years the problem has grown worse even with each snaking. When Raffi arrived, on time, to snake the line everything was going fine until he tried to pull the snake out and it was stuck. The roots had finally really taken over the line. I was not totally surprised by this, but Raffi was upset that his snake was stuck. It was finally time to replace my main line which was originally installed 65 years ago. Raffi quoted me a price and encouraged me to seek other quotes for the "Trenchless/pipe bursting" method (it's much better than having to dig up the whole line-- search it and you can see how it's done) used to insert a new ABS pipe through my old clay pipe which the roots had penetrated. I called 3 other plumbers and Raffi's price was the best BY FAR!. A couple said, "well I'm sure there will be some extra charges besides his quote." That did not happen. I paid only Raffi's original quote, he'd even included the city's permit cost which I expected to pay separately. Raffi came back the next day to do the work, he and his crew were there at the time agreed, completed the job, and cleaned the dirt from my property and my neighbors driveway. The following day he came back to meet the city inspector and to fill in the final holes after the inspection, which needless to say was approved. He then put a camera down the pipe and gave me a dvd so I can get some rebate money from the city of Burbank. He also guaranteed the job for as long as I own the house, and also gave me some advice on other plumbing issues. I'd hire hire him again in a minute for any plumbing job and will be recommending him to my friends. Thanks, Raffi, for a job well done!

At around 2 p.m. one of the toilets in my house got clogged. I called several plumbing companies trying to get the problem resolved the same day. California Green was the first company that promised to do the job the same day. We agreed to meet at 6 p.m. They even asked if I wanted to get it done sooner based on the type of the problem: toilet/sink clogged up and possibly overflowing. The plumber got their about 10 minutes before I pulled in from work. He checked out the toilet and was able to get it fixed within 20 minutes. Even got the seat fixed as an added bonus. Great service. This company is a winner in my book.

Everything was good, and my experience with them was fine. The guy was on time. He worked hard and did all of that. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

Rafi the owner came by as promised within an hour and got to work immediately. As he worked in the kitchen he was very conscientious to keep the area clean. He was at all times professional and courteous. Once the job was finished, he made sure the kitchen was clean as he found it. My over all experience was excellent. Rafi also answered my questions about sewer re-piping, explaining the new techniques and methods employed. Rafi is proud of his work as he described and showed me pictures of the sewer re-pipe jobs he had completed earlier in the month.

Raffi is AWESOME. We originally called him to come take a look at our clogged kitchen sink. Upon snaking the drain, he discovered a far more serious issue - the main pipeline had eroded and plant roots had begun growing into it. It would require a complete rerouting of all the pipes under the house. He took his time to explain all the issues and showed me exactly what the problem was, identifying how it could be fixed. It really put my mind at ease to understand what was going on and what I would specifically be paying for (vs. somebody just telling me x, y, and z needed to be fixed w/o showing me). Because it was a big job and would require an entire day to complete, we rescheduled for another time. Despite his busy schedule, Raffi fit me in for service 2 days later. For the original job of unclogging the sink, he knocked the price down to $79 because as he put it, "he felt bad he couldn't make it out when I originally called." For the record, I had called late on a Wednesday night. Raffi was already completely booked so he came the next day. By no means is that a long wait but his reaction demonstrates how conscientious he is with his customers. Not to mention, all the digging around he did in our basement and side yard to look at the pipes generally would've cost extra, but he didn't factor it into the final price. On the day we had the pipe work done, Raffi showed up promptly in the morning with two of his guys. He showed them everything that needed to be done and left to go check on 2 other jobs that were simultaneously running. His guys were great, getting straight to work. A few hours later, Raffi showed up to check in on the progress and to see if they needed help with anything. Upon completion of the job, he took us into the basement and showed us all the work that was done, answered any questions, etc. He worked with me on the final price, knocking if down even further from what he originally quoted me. Overall, he exceeded all my expectations. He hits all the benchmarks of somebody I'd want to hire - professional, knowledgeable, personable, detail-oriented, conscientious with his customers, and he charges a very fair price. There's no need to feel like you're getting anything but the best service when you call Raffi. As an added bonus, he also gave us home repair tips on how to save money. And our dogs loved him.

I had been having problems with water pressure and a broken hose faucet caused me to search for a plumber. Of all the trades we have not had any luck with plumbers so I joined Angies List and found California Green Plumbing. The reviews were very postitive and we decided to try them. I called in the morning and Raffi answered and said he would be by at 11am. Well at 11 am sharp he was at my doorstop. He listened to my problems and went straight to testing my water pressure, he encouraged me to watch him and let me see the results. From there he quoted me $400.00 to replace the regulator, broken hose faucet and to fix a leaky bathroom faucet. He left to get parts, was back in 30 minutes and got straight to work outside. Within moments the water regulator was installed and set to 75 psi and the a new hose faucet. Raffi then came inside to replace the stem in our bathroom. When everything was installed, he showed me the completed work and made sure the work was done as agreed. We feel very confident in recommending Raffi to others and in fact we are going to have him work on my wife's Grandfather's house soon. The whole time Raffi was very friendly and open in what he was doing. He was truly awesome to have work on our house!

I called Mr. Bradarkjian, explained what was really no big deal of a problem. His response was to tell me how to make the connection (without chargeing me anything). Unfortunately, I couldn't do it , called him, he was at our home within 1.5 hours, fixed the connection within 30 minutes. He was going to charge us $40. We gave him $60. A real professional, knows his business. We plan on using him for some drainage issues.

We have been working with Raffi, the company owner, for awhile now. In every single case he has shown up on time, performed the work perfectly and charged a decent, competitive price. So, we think of California Green Plumbing as our only choice. This trip, we had some stubborn roots in a sewer line which we tried to clear using the conventional mechanical rooter. A video confirmed that we still had some clogging. So, we had Raffi come back out with his hydro jet system which uses very high pressure water to cut through roots that the conventional system can't handle. Raffi even did a second video free of charge so that we could submit it to the city for a rebate. That second video revealed a beautifully clean sewer line. The plumbing for the bathroom vanity required a custom fit since there were clearance problems. Again, Raffi found a way to get the job done in a way that complies with current codes. Very good work!

We were not disappointed. The company's owner, Raffi, performed the service himself, he was prompt, professional, friendly and reasonable. In fact, our own sewer line access turned out to be rather difficult and Raffi really worked hard to get the job done correctly. We actually paid him $50.00 extra for his trouble. We will definitely be calling him for all our future plumbing needs.

This was our second experience with California Green Plumbing and, as expected, the work was done expertly by Raffi, the owner. We have a problem sewer line that will need replacing soon. We needed a video of the sewer line so that we can take advantage of a local rebate program. Raffi came out with a great, high definition, color video camera and recorder, which made it really easy to pinpoint the problem spots inside the sewer line. He then did a clean out for us and even did a second video at no extra charge so that we could look at the before and after. This is the quality of service we always wish for but seldom receive. We're already planning some more projects for Raffi in the coming weeks, including replacing a couple of water heaters and installing an earthquake shut off valve for our gas line. We like this guy a lot!

I called California Green Plumbing the night before at 7pm. Raffi (owner) was here the following morning at 7:00am. The price quoted over the phone was the price paid. He also replaced the shower head for me for free. Good guy, no hassles at all, very good experience.

My tenant is happy and I'm happy that I've found someone that I can call for help in the future. He was very professional and courteous throughout.

I highly recommend California Green Plumbing. I called them on a Sunday of a holiday weekend, and they arrived within the hour, as promised. They were efficient, and the work space was left in immaculate condition. Raffi was friendly and professional, with reasonably-priced services. The finished work was less than the original estimate, which was fair itself. I will definitely call them in the future.

My water supply line was damaged at the meter and dwp turned off my water while i was at work. I called Raffi at 11:30am and he showed up in under an hour. He was able to start work right away, he and his team replaced the whole line from the meter to the house, about 25 - 30 feet. I also had them replace my 14 yr old water heater. They finished the entire job by 5pm and completely cleaned up! I will definitely will be calling them again for any future work.

Called and left message. Got a call back from Raffi within a few minutes. Came when he said he would, which was soon after we spoke. Was nice, knowledgeable, honest, and fixed the problem right away. I'm so glad I found a great, new plumber!

Wonderful experience. I called to make the appointment and Raffi was friendly and responsive by phone. He was able to schedule the appointment on two days notice, at our requested time. Although he was over an hour late arriving, he called to give us an update on his schedule. When Raffi arrived, he seemed efficient but not overly rushed. He asked if there were other issues he could help us with. He looked at a slow sink drain and gave us a quick solution (he did not try to sell us "drain cleaning" when it was not needed!). He also looked at an upstairs bathroom with a sewer gas odor and made suggestions for things we could check ourselves to help sort out the problem (again, he did not try to sell us an unnecessary service). I really appreciated that he thought everything through and offered to look at things inside the house before he got dirty from cleaning the drain outside. When he opened the cap to the main drain line to do the cleaning, the cap shattered (it was old plastic). He finished cleaning the drain, and then made a special trip to the store to get a replacement cap, at no extra charge. My experience with this firm is that Raffi is knowledgeable and professional, and he went the extra mile for us, even though we are a new customer for him. He helpfully answered our questions, and I felt like he gave us honest information. My impression is that Raffi is more interested in building a loyal, long term client base than in making a quick sale of an "extra" service. Thanks, Raffi!
