Look no further! Raffi from California Green Plumbing is the best plumber I've ever hired to work on my home. Here's what happened. Raffi (the owner) arrive promptly on schedule to install my new stainless steel sink. He immediately went to work on removing the old sink and took it outside. It was clear that some of the piping and the garbage disposal had to be removed before the installation. He did all that, but when he took our new sink out of the box he found that all four corners were bent. We had ordered the sink from Costco and had it delivered from their warehouse. We immediately called Costco and explained that the sink was damaged and the plumber was at our house with their damaged sink. To Costco's credit, they offered to bring a new sink within 45 minutes. We told Raffi and he said he had another customer to see but he would come back later and finish the installation. He just wanted us to call him when the sink arrived. Well, we got the sink as promised from Costco that day and Raffi came back and finished the installation for the same price we had originally agree to. The sink is wonderful and the installation is perfect. He cleaned up and even removed and completely cleaned an area of rust around the edges of the old sink. Raffi is a real pro with a great personality. Do yourself a favor and call California Green Plumbing for all you plumbing problems.

I had a great experience with California Green Plumbing. Raffi came out within a couple hours of taking my initial call. Unlike some other plumbers, he did not try to diagnose the problem via text message and photos. We discussed all my options and he was able to come back the next morning and install a replacement water heater. He was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I will definitely call him again.

Initially I tried to resolve a leaking toilet with a friend. Once we had removed the toilet it looked beyond our abilities since my friend felt it would require pipe and vent replacement. Raffi examined the pipe and said it would simply need replacing the seal which was a great relief. I tend to ask a lot of questions about what workers are doing and why, I'm just curious about things. Raffi got right into it with me explaining everything about what he was doing and how the parts worked together. On the way out I mentioned the exterior faucet intending to make another appointment. he jumped right on it and again decided it was a much simpler fix than I had imagined. He took care of it then and there. Through the whole process Raffi was friendly and courteous. While I don't look forward to future plumbing issues, if I have any I will look forward to having California Green Plumbing do the work!

Showed up on time and did a great job

When I bought my flipped house, everything looked fine, but over the past four years, at least four water valves have cracked and caused leaks. After the last one, I decided to look on Angie's list to find someone to replace every valve in the house, and chose California Green Plumbing. Raffi came when promised, changed out every cheap Chinese-made valve for top or the line American-made replacements, was clean, quick and reasonably priced. He could have charged me more for a few other things I asked about, but after inspection, he said all were fine, and not in need of replacement. That kind of honesty goes a long way for me.

Raffi was a saving grace. I have an extremely hectic work schedule and needed this work to be done today. I originally made an appointment with a different plumber several days ago who failed to show up. I called California Green and they said they would be there right away! To my surprise Raffi was even early, which was such a relief since I had been waiting all day for the other no-show plumber. He was very courteous and professional. He was able to complete the job in 20 minutes leaving no mess behind. I recommend him highly.

It could not have been better! I woke up to a puddle on the bathroom floor from a leaking faucet hose and had to turn off the water to the house. When I called Raffi, he came in about 30 minutes and called to update me prior to his arrival. He made the repair quickly and did not inflate the job to anything more than replacing the hose. I truly appreciate his honesty, courtesy, promptness, professionalism and very reasonable pricing. We will definitely be calling him again!

It went very well, as far as the pressure regulator is concerned.

Scheduled within two hours of first call. Was not able to clear the toilet and scheduled for another day to remove the toilet and do more extensive drain clearing. Inserted camera into pipe and found clog and was able to clear it with some effort.

As it turns out, the previous owners had failed to remove a plug from the drain (not visible without removing the drain cover, so we didn't know). That was the source of our clog. Other plumbers might have tried to scam me by charging to snake the drain, but not Cal Green. He was honest and just charged us for the service call. As for the refrigerator... turns out there was a water line there already, all he did was pull the fridge out and turn it on. Voila. And he still only charged for the call. I appreciate the honesty and would hire again.

I've had work done in the past by California Green Plumbing and have been impressed with their honesty, integrity, quality of work, and reasonable prices. Raffi arrived promptly, completely removed and replaced the damaged flange, confirmed the pipe was not cracked and installed the new toilet, all for a very reasonable price. Needless to say, the contractor was fired for his dishonesty, and the "neighborhood" plumber's number deleted.

Raffi was professional and friendly throughout. He showed up on time for the estimate, and was very clear on what to expect from the job. His price was not the lowest I received, but he seemed the most invested in the work and his description was the most realistic and thorough. Raffi was on time again for the work; he estimated from 2-3 hours for the job, and was done in 2.5. He ran into a few problems but solved them quickly without any additional cost or fuss. I look forward to working with California Green Plumbing again in the future.

He was early, scoped the line to find the issue, snaked it multiple times until it was resolved and gave us advice on what we can do to prevent this happening in the future. He was friendly, professional and we feel extremely comfortable with his "diagnosis" and resolution. Will definitely call on them when we have plumbing issues again.

Better than I could have dreamed. I was so happy to see that all those 5-star reviews are legitimate and well-deserved. The other plumber I consulted said he'd have to cut out several copper water pipes in order to get to the large pipe that needed to be replaced. Rafi went the extra mile and worked in very tight, uncomfortable quarters to save me that step and expense. And his price was so much better! On top of everything, he's a genuinely nice guy. And the best this is, the next time I need a plumber I won't have to spend a day combing through reviews on Angies List. I have found my plumber for life.

we bought from him and he installed a tankless water heater, which was larger and more expensive than we needed, but the installation seems good. he installed a new kitchen faucet improperly and we were not able to get him to come out and fix it. he said he ordered a part for bathroom faucet, but we could not get him to fix it.
