+ -1 moreThey are to send me a check for what they owe me But not a late fee or intrest. We will See.
Description of Work: I am bringing this complaint with the parent company not the local service provider. I canceled my subscriptions with Dish Prior to 2/18/2011. They recieved their equipment on 2/18/2011. Icalled to see if their was any money due back to me on 3-17-2011. They told me their was and it was my responability to call and ask for it. They Suck!!!!!!!!!!!! If I were late on one of there bills they would charge me intrest and a late fee. Why can't they be as dillegent to return money as they are to ciollect money?????

+ -1 moreWhen the installer was on the roof, he was very disrespectful by walking on my tile roof. He damaged many tiles and I had to pay to have the roof fixed. I was so upset that I canceled services immediately.
Description of Work: I contracted them to come out and install a dish.

+ -1 moreI CALLED THEM ONCE AND THEY SAID THAT THEY WERE GOING TO BE THERE THE NEXT DAY. THE NEXT DAY THEY GOT THERE AND CHECKED FOR THE PROBLEM. THE PROBLEM WAS IT HAD A POOR SIGNAL AND IN AN HOUR IT WAS FIXED.
Description of Work: THEY CAME OUT AND CHECKED THE ANTENNA ON THE ROOF OF THE SECOND FLOOR BECAUSE IT WASN'T WORKING.
