Fusion Windows helped us select and later install fiberglass Milgard windows. Vavo Mkrtchyan, the product specialist, helped us on numerous occasions; make the best decision for our windows, scheduled the installation in a timely manner and oversaw the work crew doing the installation. Every detail was handled in a professional manner. The installation went like clock work.

The windows are marvelous. They had a low pressure approach. They were very communicative and pleasant. The installation went well, and the installers were friendly and professional.

Clean work, respectful agent-Ralph. On-time. Good quality materials.

We can't say enough good things about this place - especially Ralph who helped us with our purchase of high end Windsor brand aluminum and wood clad window and French doors. From the minute that we met him it was obvious that he was very acquainted with creating a computerized quote. He paid close attention to the details and confirmed our order two times before placing it with the manufacturer. When we arrived to pick up our order, we realized that there was one glitch that was a mistake made on the manufacturers end. Before we even left the building, Ralph had already called their rep and made arrangements to have a replacement window ordered. To me, this is a true test of customer service - how things are handled when something goes wrong. They passed that test with flying colors! We did get a few quotes before going to Fusion Windows and Doors and felt that their prices were very fair and competitive. But regardless of the prices charged, I honestly feel that the customer service they offer is priceless. From the minute my wife walked in the door she was greeted with a warm hello and both Sarkis and Tigren were very helpful and nice as well. The communication was excellent - I don't think that we ever waited more than 15 minutes for Ralph to reply to any of the many texted inquiries and no matter how many questions were asked, he always treated us with A+++ courtesy and patience. I highly recommend Fusion Windows and Doors and wouldn't hesitate to do return business in the future.

It took me awhile to decide who to choose to install 12 - Milgard fiberglass windows in our home. Their price was not the cheapest but it was reasonable. Sevan the sales rep for Fusion Windows was patient and very helpful. Sevan and Yuri (the installer) came by for a final measurement prior to placing the order. This I thought was a plus. The windows were delivered on the day Sevan had stated, with the installation scheduled for the next day. Yuri and his assistant arrived on time and did a great job. The window retrofit over stucco came out better than expected.

My family and I were very pleased with Fusion Windows work. Our project was not a large project, but I felt Tigran still treated us with the same level of respect and courtesy as anyone else. I was pregnant at the time and needed things done within a certain time period because the baby was due the following month, and he worked within our time frame. His installers did an excellent job. They were clean and also worked around the wrought iron bars on the windows. We were pleasantly surprised at how quick and painless the whole process was. We had some vinyl window replacements done. I would hire them again. I didn't join Angie's list until recently but, I felt confident in writing them a review because we will be having additional work for them.

I got three quotes. One from another Angie's list provider, one from a window installer Milgard sent my info to from an estimate inquiry on their website and the one from Fusion. I have given Fusion general dimensions over the phone, his quote was fantastic. A week later I called and told him it was a go. He came and measured the windows. The quote came in even less. he thought it would be about a month to get the windows and schedule installation. Well, in less than a month my windows are installed and I love them!!

We had Tigran out to look and measure the windows. We have a large amount of work being done at the house right now and they were very efficient in getting in and taking measurements and then getting me a quote. I did not need a long sales presentation, I am getting three bids for every job and I appreciated that he did not feel the need to talk at me about windows. They did have the most competitive bid for the type of window we decided we wanted in the house. The windows were delivered on the day we had arranged. The installers were very professional and did a great job. The one thing I would like to add is that Tigran is very responsive which is super helpful. There was a billing error and he fixed it promptly, there was a change in the delivery (only one day which was actually better for us), the installers were about 40 minutes late but he did call and tell me they were on their way at 9. With email and texts and the use of smart phones, it is easy to maintain a good customer service realtionship by keeping in constant contact with the client and I feel Tigran was really on the ball here and his communication was excellent.

We did work with Tony in 2008 for our Tujunga house. It was a remodel and it still standing strong. We installed very long 12 foot sliding door and had an issue with one of the seals. One call to Tony and the Milgard guy was there and taken care off. Anyway so we were familiar with Fusion windows, so when our Granada Hills house needed new windows, we called Tony again, he made an appointment came out and measured and by the end of the day I had a detailed estimate with options. Once we settled on a price, Tony put in the order and couple of weeks later a semi truck rolled up and the windows were brought in and couple of the contractors installed the windows. My general contractor was on the look out, and I came in at the end of the project, everything looked brand new and so far no issues whatsoever. Even got a follow up call a month later making sure everything is going smoothly.

I never heard another word from Fusion, so In June, I contacted them to see what was up with my window order. I was told they would check and get back to me shortly, which they never did. I continued to inquire and was continually told it would be next week, just a couple weeks more, etc. etc. etc. After nearly six months, I called the window manufacturer to find out the status of my order from their end. The window manufacturer told me they had my order, but that it had never been put in for processing by Fusion, therefore, nothing had been done on my order. Fusion had either been lying to me or they are totally incompotent. Stay away.

They did a really good job and they were about $1,700 less than another company. They are really busy and it took a while for them to come back out and redo one window. They did come back and handled it with no problem. The price was very good but they weren't the lowest. They are working seven days a week and they were really busy. We would use them again.
