+ -1 moreOffice cumputer problem. I found service provider on the Internet, set up appointment. Provider was very professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. Also, the price for the services was very reasonable, particularly since the matter needed, and received, immediate attention. Joey was very professional, punctual, etc., so much so that I then hired his firm to work on my home computer. The results were the same -- professional, punctual, very reasonably priced.
Description of Work: computer had system/software problems, resulting in, among other things, inability to access email.

+ -1 moreI got the contact from Angie's List. The company name in Angie's List is wrong (AL lists it as "Computer Genius"--it's actually "E-Geniuses"), but the phone number is right. Joey Mariano was very helpful, doing a remote fix that took well over an hour to do, and he did it on very short notice. I was very pleased.
Description of Work: Cleared out a virus, installed better virus, malware & spyware.

+ -1 moreIt went great, except it cost a little bit of money. I chose them because of the Angie's List ratings. They got a lot of reviews. I was very happy with the end result, because I was very worried that I had lost all my information on the PC.
Description of Work: He removed my hard drive and replaced it with another one. He was able to pull all my records off the hard drive before pitching it.
