+ -1 moreWe are buying a door through them. We are having an expert come out and measure the door before we order it. The information that we got, the woman who helped us, and the service in the store was superb.
Description of Work: They were excellent. We went there and talked to them and the woman was more than helpful. We're still working with them to get the door situation taken care of. I couldn't have recommended a place higher than I would have with them. Our experience was fabulous. I really want to go out of my way to recommend them.

+ -1 moreWe found the Door and Window Gallery through Angie's List, and were a little apprehensive after dealing with other door places. After helping us figure out what style and how much we wanted to spend, we were pointed in the right direction and found doors that met our requirements. She even didn't laugh when we gave her our short time line for install. Our doors will be installed in a few weeks, and we will update then.
Description of Work: New front doors with custom glass.

+ -1 moreVikki at Door & Window Gallery Inc. was incredibly helpful. She helped me to find doors that we, as a condo association could afford. She helped me to select hardware and was always more than willing to answer all of my questions. D&WG made the process easy. I got several estimates for these doors and also for the hardware. Door & Window Gallery, Inc. always came in far below their competitors prices. The last estimate I got was over $2,000.00 higher for the doors alone. This company saved us so much money that I would recommend them to anyone searching for a door! If I ever need to purchase doors or windows ever again, I hope this company is still in business!
Description of Work: Helped me to select doors we, as a condo association, could afford. D&WG ordered 9 exterior pre-hung doors, 9 door bell covers, 9 unit numbers and 9 sets of door hardware. D&WG allowed me to take store samples home to share hardware with remaining board members. D&WG referred me to a competent installer. Vikki was so helpful and beat every other door store and hardware store's price.

+ -1 moreIT WAS VERY GOOD. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND THEY MADE SURE WE KNEW HOW TO PUT THE WINDOW IN CORRECTLY. IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. I WILL DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN.
Description of Work: WE WENT TO BUY A NEW WINDOW because WE BROKE ONE AND THEY SOLD US THE WINDOW AND SHOWED US HOW TO PUT IT IN.
