After the approval of my landlord (and a quote from another company for more money), he came back and installed the traps and sealed off some holes in our house where he thought the rats were reaching our attic. He came back twice a week for a couple weeks to check the traps, but the rats had been sealed out. No more rats in our attic. My wife and I are very happy.
Description of Work: Identified the rats in our attic, set traps and sealed all possible entrances to our home

 + -1 moreTHEY SPRAY FOR SPIDERS AND BUGS. ONCE EVERY MONTH THEY SPRAY THE INSIDE. THE PEOPLE ARE VERY COURTEOUS, NICE, AND YOUNG. THE NEW GUY DOESN'T KNOW AS WELL. HE'S NOT AS GOOD AS THE LAST GUY. HE WAS AWESOME.
