Derek is a wizard of all things electrical! He's professional, precise and extremely tidy. I've recommended him to many of my friends and neighbors and will certainly call him for my next project!

Fabulously! Mr. Roberts asked a number of questions to confirm our objective, and provided us with expert advice about how best to complete our project. Mr. Roberts clearly and concisely explained what would be needed to complete the job. Any changes to the job were discussed with us beforehand, and Mr. Roberts provided us with various alternatives to any issues that arose. Mr. Roberts was very punctual, easygoing (but extremely professional), tidy, and a good listener. We have referred him to other family members (who are very happy with his work), and will use him again for any of our future electrical needs.

The process went smoothly. Derek managed the calls to the city inspector and communicated inspection times and everything that was needed from us along the way. Derek also has a keen design eye and made lighting and WiFi suggestions my wife and I had not previously considered. Derek kept clutter to a minimum throughout and made sure his work inconvenienced us to a minimum. We even received a follow up call from him a month or so after, checking on his work and our satisfaction.

Derek is like finding that great doctor or mechanic who you trust 100%; He's very professional & reliable ( yes he calls, texts etc regarding appointments unlike others) and very personable. He's got great ideas if you need help with the latest in technology like wireless dimmers etc.. He's the guy who will fix something correctly the first time because he cares enough to get to the root of the issue. Derek is the type of electrician you'll end up thinking of more projects to do because he's that good.

We feel like Derek gave us a very professional job. In addition he remained courteous, friendly, and very helpful through the whole job, which eased our strain significantly. He possesses a thorough knowledge of the building codes in LA, and always strives to do a quality job, staying at it until it is right.

He's been responsive, on time, quick, and reasonably priced. We've been very happy with his work, professionalism, and prices. I had a handyman have the nerve to quote a higher price than Derek, a licensed electrician. He's left the worksite spotless and is very respectful of keeping your house clean.
