These guys made a gorgeous bathroom and laundry within our existing master bedroom without having to tear down or push out any existing walls. We gave up a spacious bedroom, but gained so much more! The crew finished on time - inspections and all. We are so impressed with how everything turned out and they helped us to stay within our budget! This company was patient with us, gathering info on what could and could not be done in our home. With a little over 1100 sq. ft, built in 1944, we really needed a second bathroom. Shlomi made sure our decisions as a family were solid before moving forward on our project. Communication has been based on honesty, and precision. Every person that has worked on this project thus far, has been professional, thorough, and kind. These are people who are on time, communicate effectively, and are hard-working.

+ 4 moreWe just signed a contract for a 200 sq ft addition and full kitchen and bathroom remodel. Setting up an appointment for our estimate was very easy and we met with Ben the owner of the company. Ben's ability to envision the transformation of the space was impressive and his 3d designs live up to his ideas. He has a very professional yet approachable and friendly manner. Our project is fairly big and will span from 8-10 months once we acquire the necessary city permits. As this company is a one stop shop, they will support you with design and permits through their in-house architect and engineer and will see the project through to the finish.

I searched and met with several different contractors, finding them from various websites, mailers sent to the house, friend recommendations but when we met with Ben from Creative Innovations, there was an instant connection. Why they stood out from the rest of the people that we met up with is that even after giving a ball park number right on the spot like the rest, he also went a step above and gave us a more detailed draft of what we would be getting ourselves with. My family and I really appreciated that! They understood our needs and every step of the way so far have been quick to respond and let us know what is needed from us and what was to be done. I believe communication has been key and Ben as well as our project manager, Shlomi have done just that. We tell them what we are thinking, they listen attentively and also gave us their experts opinions on what was realistic or too out there. The process has been a bit of a change for our family but they have eased us every step of the way and handled each challenge and curve ball with professionalism. I can't wait for the finished product but if everything continues the way it's been, I'm sure it will be nothing short of amazing!

+ 3 moreEvery now and then, you luck up on an honest contractor. Ben is one of those guys. I had a handyman do subpar work on my shed. Ben came out and gave me a lot of great advice -- free of charge and without concern of whether or not I was going to hire him. He was extremely helpful and even referred me to his trusted electrician to deal with directly. He also made another call for me to research what I needed to do to make other items up to code. Again, for free. I wish there were more contractors out there like Ben!

Let me say that the only time I do a review is because I am either so disssatisfied and I want to warn others or I am very satisfied I want others to have the same experience. First I would like to say that Ben and his team are great (Tal and Joe). The team came on time and cleaned up after themselves everyday. The came in did their jobs quickly and neatly. The communication with Ben, Tal and Joe was great. They came by on a regular basis to check out what was being done as well as keeping me posted on needed materials, what time they will be their the next day and what the team would be working on. Most importanlly they work with you and what you want. They give suggestions but you make the final decsions. I was most impressed in how they treated the job and made me feel. They treated the job as if they were remodeling their on bathroom and made me feel like my bathroom was the most important. These guys were great. I will use them again!

Ben, the project manager, came in, listened to all our needs and specificity notated our request. We had a complete estimate for everything within only a few days including cost and time frames for: kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, new flooring throughout the whole house, exterior and interior painting. We needed help with choosing materials and colors and he referred us to the guy he worked with that cane to our house and basically brought all the samples we needed for tile, painting and appliances. + 4 moreMy husband and I decided to move in with my mother in law so we can save to buy our own home, yet the house required some remodeling in order for it to be comfortable for all of us in it. My mother in law decided to call three different contractors and Ben was the only one who required that other family members will join the appointment (as my mother in law is in her seventies) and that made him gain our trust. Ben provided us with different 3D design for the kitchen and bathroom (for free) and was very informative. His price was not the cheapest yet not the highest. He was easy to communicate with and answered all our questions. Thank you Ben , we will definitely use your company again when it's time to move to our own home.
