Description of Work: KIM JOHNSON CAME TO OUR HOME TO HELP US SET UP NEW PHONE . HE WAS PATIENT, EXPLAINED THE DETAILS. TOOK THE TIME NEEDED TO GO OVER THE PHONE TOOK THE TIME NEEDED TO EXPLAIN THE DETAILS OF THE PHONE .WE ARE AN OLDER COUPLE . KIM TOOK THE TIME NEEDED , HE WAS PATIENT AND STAYED AS LONG AS WE NEEDED .

+ 0 moreOur voice mail system was not working. Our hard drive on the system had crashed due to a power failure in our building. We contacted the company who had serviced our voice mail system the last time it had gone down in 2005. They recommended we contact Mr. Kim Johnson at CMC. We called Mr. Kim and he came out that very same day. He took our system and did a rush on it and returned in 2 days with our voice mail system working. He repaired our mother board and other things in there that needed to be replaced. His fee for the service was very reasonable and he was very receptive to the fact that we needed to get our voice mail up and running in a timely manner. He told us if he couldn't get the system up and running he knew of other voice mail systems we could entertain buying that were more modern than the one we have. We would recommend him to anybody having computer repair problems, who need a new phone system, wiring etc. He is very easy to work with.
Description of Work: Mr. Kim Johnson repaired our voice mail system. New mother board and other items in there that needed to be replaced. Also recommended a new phone system if he couldn't fix our current one.
