Clowry Plumbing

I only have good things to say here. There was a pretty big crack in the irrigation pipes in such a way that the only way to shut it off was to shut the house water as well. After failing to get a couple other plumbing services to come over quickly, Clowry showed up within 30 minutes of my call. Fixed it quickly, very nicely done, and was under what other plumbers were asking for. Things went so smoothly, I asked him to help me with a broken handle in the shower were the screw had snapped inside the threads and the parts for that set had been discontinued for quite some time. He found the parts I needed to replace it somehow and is due to come and install them shortly. He has followed up with me frequently on the bathroom job with is very nice.

This is the second time I've used Clowry Plumbing and they've always been outstanding. The arrive on time, do the work, don't tack on additional charges, and charge reasonable rates. Very happy with them and I will use them again and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

I bought my first home in Aug of 2011. The inspector noticed some small plumbing issues so I asked some of my friends in the area if they knew of a good plumber. Two different friends recommended Clowry. Initially, I just wanted him to take a look at everything and see what he might notice. He found a problem with the drain hose from the dishwasher. It was too long and creating a trap so he cut it to the right length and then he noticed that the water supply to the dishwasher was ready to burst. It was one of those hoses with a wire mesh around it and when he turned it over, the bottom side was expanding and ballooning through the wire mesh. He had one in his truck and replaced it on the spot. The next time I called Clowry, it was after I had my roof replaced. The roofers did nothing to cover the slop sink in the garage where I have my washer and dryer. The roofers debris fell into the sink and clogged it up. I tried to pull the trap off myself but I felt like I was going to break it. Clowry came right away, got the trap off without breaking it, and snaked it out. He also noticed that the roofers had knocked the vent stack off of my water heater. I would have never noticed that problem and the roofers obviously didn't notice or care. Clowry had a fitting in his truck and fixed it on the spot. I had him back a third time to snake the drain in my bathtub. As always, he was there on time and fixed it right away.

I would recommend them because they do very good work. Everything they have done was perfect. There was an old dryer in my mother's house and I couldn't get a reply from an appliance company, but the plumber knew exactly what was wrong. I would absolutely use them again.
