Carver's Plastering & Stucco

Terry showed up on time to give an estimate. Explained to me how he would address the issue. One the day of the job, he once again was very punctual. He also finished the job sooner than he promised. Overall a great experience working with him. Everything went very smooth.

Terry was great - he was prompt and showed up when he said he would. He did the work when he said he would and cleaned up thoroughly. He also offered a couple of different options and was very honest in suggesting I go with the lower priced option rather than a complete re-stucco. I'd gladly use him again or recommend him to anyone needing stucco or plaster work.

Terry came over the same day I called to give me an estimate. He got started a couple of days later, as soon as the city inspector gave his okay to cover. He put on the lath himself, and the first and second layer of stucco with a helper the next two days. He came back on a Sunday to do the color coat. The color and finished match the existing structure well.

It was a pleasure working with Terry from start to finish. He was responsive to all my calls and messages and patient with me through many questions and concerns. He answered all my questions, showed up on time, and did great work in a timely fashion, explaining what he was doing as he went. And it was all done for a fair price. We would definitely go back to him again for work in the future.

Terry was the best. He was knowledgeable, very experienced, and cared about the quality of his work. He was flexible in his scheduling and I was able to coordinate his appointments with the plumber and the electrician who were also working in the bathroom. Terry also patched a small hole in the sheetrock/drywall ceiling in the laundry room at no charge. Thank you, Terry, so much. Everyone who sees my updated bathroom always comments on how much they like the texture of the plaster walls.

Terry is the Prince of Plasterers. From my first call with him through the end of the job, he was personable, professional and delightful to work with. He responded promptly to my initial email, answered all my questions, gave great advice and offered a very affordable rate for the repair work. On the day of the job, he showed up early and went right to work. I was impressed that he was willing to take on a small job, repair another contractor's poor work and contact me a day later to make sure I was happy. On his own, he recalled a section that he'd overlooked and arranged to be at my house bright and early the day after Thanksgiving to fix it. Terry is trustworthy, honest and takes pride in his work. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.

Terry was very good. He came out for a free estimate and walked me through what needed to be done. I had cracks in my planter from a big tree's roots. He came in and fixed it, along with loose bricks and cracked grout. He gave a price for the job and stuck to it. The work was completed on time and he was a very good communicator throughout. Would highly recommend!

He did a great job and finished a day earlier than promised. When I later found a hole that was not in the estimate (my fault) he came back the next day and fixed it free of charge. Very pleasant demeanor and friendly manner and I would gladly hire him again.

Terry did a great job on a difficult wall in the back yard of our house. He was on time, and did extra work without charge when the original plan didn't go as expected. Terry was very professional and I'd use him again. 'Nuff said.

This provider was very professional and certainly cared about the quality of his work. He communicated well and explained the process of the repair. The next day I had a different construction job done by someone who also does stucco repair. When he noticed the stucco repair, his comment was that Carver Plastering did a very good job and repeated that comment several times. In my opinion, this company certainly deserves the Angie's List Super Service Award.

When Terry first contacted us, he was quite busy and did not know when he could meet us. When we did finally schedule a time a family emergency caused us to cancel the appointment. Upon our return, we contacted Terry again and he immediately worked with us to schedule an appointment. Terry completed the work within a couple of days after our first meeting. He was efficient and the job went well. We would definitely use him again.

He arrived on time and was professional. We are very happy with the work. Only one small note, we would have appreciated if he had asked where we would have liked him to dump the dirty water. However, it's possible we were not available at the time. In any case, it didn't harm anything at all.

The stucco on our outside walls was coming off from where the sprinklers were hitting it. I called Terry Carver a few weeks ago and he was very busy so he asked that I call him back in a couple of weeks. I called him back in three weeks and he came out to give me an estimate. He checked out the entire perimeter of the house and gave me a quote of $750.00 which I thought was very reasonable. He told me it would be a few days before he could come out but then called me back to say he could come the next day. He showed up on time, got to work and finished in a few hours. I was very satisfied with the work he did and would recommend him.

Called Terry for a quote on a Saturday and he came later that day and the work was done two days later. He did a great job and the price he charged when the work was done was less than the estimate! Lovely guy and couldn't be happier with the work.

He did a great job! I had multiple areas on my house where the stucco had deteriorated and was falling away. There were also some areas that had been repaired previously and it was very obvious, so I was very specific that I wanted a better quality patch job than what had been done in the past. Terry matched the contour of the existing stucco almost perfectly. Although I know where he did the repairs, I don't think anyone else would even notice the slightest difference between the original stucco is and where Terry did the repairs. A week after Terry did the repairs, I noticed a couple of places that I forgot to tell him about. I called Terry and asked him to come back for the additional repairs. He did them at no cost. Now I feel like I want him to fix the repairs that were done by the previous company! I have no reservation about recommending Terry Carver if you need some stucco repaired. By the way, if the price sounds high, it is because we have a 7,000 sq ft house. He did a lot of work!

Terry was great. He was always punctual and professional. Did a great job on my fireplace. What I liked the best is that he did the job himself with some assitance. He is not one of these people that show up, give you an estimate and then dissapear while someone else does the work. You could tell that he takes his profession very serioulsly and it shows in the work. Very happy. One other thing that impressed me. He called about two weeks after the job was completed to make sure everyone was okay. Gotta love that.

Terry came out about an hour after I called to give me a quote. He was really nice and really professional. A week later, he and Oscar, his helper, came out and did the work in a day. They cleaned up after themselves and they were friendly. The price was fair compared to other quotes I received. They did a really good job. I'm going to use them again in a week.

Wrap, lath and first coat of stucco were applied in one day. Second and finish coats of stucco were completed as promised within two days. Finish work was excellent. I have no reservations in recommending Carver's Plastering and stucco.

Terry is a great guy, first and foremost, he is professional!! I have worked with lots of contractors/tradesmen and Terry is one of the best. From the moment he started the work, I was put at ease that this guy knows what he is doing. I am sure glad I didn't let my house painter do the work Terry did. Terry specializes in his work. It's all he does. And it shows. I had a lot of stucco that was in bad shape..in addition to the front of the house that he did completely from scratch after removing the clap board. The final product looks great. matches the rest of the house perfect. He is easy to get a hold of, and goes above and beyond! His prices are a touch more than you might find elsewhere...but really not very much. Call Terry and the job will be done right! He's worth it. Don't waste time or hassle with amateurs who say they can do the work, but are not true tradesman. Butch

Terry was quick to come out for an estimate. I waited a few months due to other construction going on, and when I called again, he honored his original estimate. He came out a week later and the work was fabulous. My plants are still alive, and the clean up was exceptional. I couldn't be happier. I did call two other folks who did not respond at all. I highly recommend Carver for his professional work, care and promptness.

Terry was great. Although he was busy with a big job when i originally called him, when he was free, he called me immediately and scheduled a day. He showed up on time and was very pleasant to deal with. He was up front with the cost and even happily repaired a couple extra areas that we hadn't talked about. Larger cracks/broken areas he dug out and repaired with new paper, wire & stucco. Smaller cracks were filled and texture was matched well. He took extra time out of his Saturday to source and return a second time to install a new mail slot for me too! I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again for any more repair work.

Terry is one of those guys you hope to get when you're fixing up your home. He is punctual, professional, skilled and really cares about the quality of the work done. I couldn't be happier with the result. ( and I can be really bloody picky) Honestly if you want stucco work done in your home, Terry's your man.

Terry's work was wonderful. His crew were friendly and professional. My living room ceiling was re-plastered beautifully and several cracks in the living room walls were repaired so well I cannot tell that a there was ever any damage. The old stucco on my house was in pretty bad condition. I considered just having the bad places patched, and Terry was ready and willing to do the repairs but I decided to have the bad places repaired and the entire house re-stuccoed. Terry and his crew carefully repaired all the bad places, engaged a sand-blaster to prepare the house for new stucco, and then he and his crew hand-applied the new stucco. They did a professional, beautiful job. I am very happy with my "new" house. I will certainly use Terry's services again and would recommend his work to anyone.

Terry called in advance of our appointment and arrived on time. There were several large and small sections of Tex Cote that had either fallen off or deteriorated. Terry did an excellent job repairing and matching the color on all sides of the house and garage. If you are considering stucco for your home or need any type of stucco or plaster repaired, call Terry. He is courteous, prompt and reasonable.
