Jerry was very professional and understood what I wanted with ease. He was very efficient and made sure to handle the wardrobe and other belongings with care. He was a little later than I expected him to come on Sat, but that worked out better for me. He had to make a trip to home depot to the buy the items and didn't know if he was going to do the job that day initially since he was going to do an estimate first, but he got it all done and did a great job. It basically took him only a couple hours including going to get new materials. I would totally recommend him and hire him again.

Working with Jerry was a good experience. Remodeling can be stressful, but Jerry was so easy going and so professional that we felt we could relax a bit and not get too stressed out. When unexpected problems arose, Jerry did not get flustered. He just found solutions. Jerry did a great job. The price was competitive. The end result was terrific. We are so glad that we had Jerry do the work for us. We highly recommend him to others.

I called Jerry and told him I needed someone to install a kitchen sink and look at a bad electric breaker. He came the same day. He also negotiated on price with me. The job that was supposed to take one hour, but took closer to 4 hours because of unforeseen issues, yet he did not charge me more than our agreed amount. I plan on using him again for any future plumbing or electrical needs I have.

I thought he was really great and very dependable.The fact that I didn't have to call a plumber and an electrician and I had someone to do both jobs was very well for me. It was very convenient and he made some recommendations for me that I thought worked out perfectly. The way the bathtub was re-plumbed was a big improvement and he went out and found the replacement faucet and picked it up which saved me a lot of time. I thought the prices were really reasonable.

I was very happy with their service. They were very professional.

Jerry became part of the family. His courtesy, professionalism, and work are unmatched. Jerry clearly represents the client as his recommendations are not to extort the customer but to provide his very best opinions and thoughts. Jerry is trustworthy and he is a master of what he does. Great qualiyt and service at a decent price

Jerry came by for the estimate on a Thursday and started/finished the work on a Saturday. He and his other employee came at 8AM sharp and hammered out all that work by around 6pm. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. I had so many questions and they were all answered. I was even working on a few projects of my own and having a bit of trouble (I'm not too handy) and Jerry was quick to help. I will be using him for all my electrical/plumbing in the future and for any work on my parents house.

Jerry came by to see what needed to be done and give an estimate. He came back another day with an assistant to run the cable line under the floor/house. They were very careful and neat, and drilled small holes that don't mar the appearance. They also did a good job replacing the doorbell, which now works well. Overall, a very good job and I would use them again.

The first time i called him and he no showed. He said he mixed the days up. Fine. I gave him the benefit of the doubt. The second appointment I made with him he did not show up again or call. This person is clearly unreliable. It's frustrating to continue to call people on Angie's list that are unreliable and waste my time. I may try and switch to a service that vets their listings more.

Jerry was on time, very professional, friendly, and got the job done without muss or fuss. I will definitely call him the next time I need electrical services.

He said to send him a picture of what the heater looked like. I did that and then called him twice after that. He never responded and never followed through. He gave me an impression that he really wanted to help but never got back with me.

My bathrooms were remodeled. During the remodel, they reversed the hot and cold lines. I couldn't get any hot water. He put something in to fix this. Later on, he is going to have to go in the wall and fix it.

Jerry was very nice, professional and incredibly reasonable in price. He troubleshooted an outage I had, was very quick and consise. He explained the problem and provided an estimate, because funds were a little short, he offered me different options to fix the problem temporarily until I could afford the entire overhall of an electrical line. He was good, friendly and very professional. I appreciated that he was willing to work with me and was very honest. I will use him again and would highly reccomend him.

Jerry has done work for us numerous times since July this year. He has been great - a lifesaver. First, my mother was just coming home from rehab after breaking her hip, and she did not have lights in her bedroom. I called him on a Sunday and asked if he could come the next day, which he did. The house is over 60 years old, and the wiring is all in galvanized pipe buried in the concrete. He was able to find a couple of problems and fix them, although they were hard to get to. In a few days, we lost some power again. He came back, identified the problem, and went to Home Depot to get several connectors that might work in an area that was almost impossible to access. He not only fixed the problem, but figured out that it was caused by a cover that was compressing the wires, and fixed that, too. Since this was in the same area he had already fixed, he did not charge for the second visit. While here on his first visit, he noticed the mess of ancient circuit panels and let us know that some of them weren't safe - they would not shut off in the event of a problem. He suggested we research them online to see the danger. We had him replace the entire mess with a single new, safe panel. While here working on the panels, Jerry overheard us trying to find a plumbing contractor to install a new walk-in tub for my mother. We had contacted someone recommended by the tub outfit, and he wanted $1,000 more than the tub outfit had quoted because he had to remove the old cast iron tub and dig up the concrete floor to change plumbing. He asked if he could elevate the tub to make it easier to install, which defeated the whole walk-in purpose. Also, he wanted us to hire an electrician to put in the circuit for the water heating and jet features. Jerry, after ensuring he wasn't stepping on anyone's toes, said he could install it all, including the electrical, for the original price. His crew did just that the next day. While they were installing the tub they discovered a long-standing water leak behind the wall in under the bathroom sink. The floor of the cabinet was sagging from being subjected over time to the moisture. He replaced the supply lines and valves. I could go on - he has taken care of other things that have come up (see list of services.). He is very observant and sees things that need to be done, but he never pushed us to do them and he gave us alternatives when possible. He is prompt and his price has always been very reasonable. Plus he is a really nice guy. It is great to have a good electrician AND plumber in one.

We love Jerry! We've hired a lot of contractors and Jerry is the one the best out there. When we first hired him, he didn't have a lot of ratings on Angie's List. We were skeptical about him but he was on another contractor's review site where he had great ratings. It turned out to work really well. Wow...lots of people have since discovered him and given him reviews since he started working on our project back in the Fall 2010. As busy working professionals, we were heavily remodeling our house and had to coordinate a tough schedule with work and contractors. Jerry made it happen. He definitely took the extra step and worked with us in scheduling the project. In fact, it was us telling Jerry to wait. He came probably 15-20 times but would have finished much sooner except for us telling him to wait on certain steps. We trusted him so much that we actually gave him our house key for a few months. We enjoyed Jerry's work so much that we invited him out to dinner to celebrate the completion of this project. He is funny and tells lots and lots of jokes. Jerry's work is excellent, prices are reasonable, and his customer service is unsurpassed. My wife and I have and would definitely recommend Jerry as an electrician and plumber.

Jerry did everything he said he would do when he said he would do it. He came out to survey the work, then called DWP to send a "spotter" to see if the panel could be installed in the same location as the old one, and gave estimates for the work if it could stay in place or if would have to be moved. He installed the panel, called for an inspection for the next day, e-mailed me a copy of the permit, and the inspector approved the installation the very next day. It couldn't have been easier to work with him, or more professional!

Could not have gone better. Jerry is polite, knowledgeable and VERY patient. I will have in back in the next few weeks. Do not hesitate calling this man.

Jerry the owner is really great and amazing. He is superb and understanding. He explained everything really well. He is super friendly. He is really a great guy. The price I paid is exactly what he quoted. He did the work really well and really quickly. It is great. I will use him for the rest of my life.

Jerry was very professional from the beginning of the service to the end. He came by at the agreed upon time and was very patient and knowledgeable about what I wanted done. There were several areas of lighting around my property that need upgrading fixing or repairing. He and his assistant showed up on time and ready to work. Jerry is a nice guy and has a good attitude. He was very patient with me throughout the project. I made changes several times, and he went along without complaining. His price was not great. I had bids that were lower, but I decided to go with him mainly because of his reputation with Angies's List. He is a competent electrician but he needs a little improvement in doing a clean job. I would recommend him mainly because he is a good electrician and he has a great attitude toward his client.

Jerry was very professional and he made us feel like the job (which we considered fairly big) was in good hands. He was at our house with 2 other men for about a day and a half of solid work. Jerry was also happy to fix a few little electrical probelms we had discovered while he was there. Jerry was very friendly and we enjoyed giving him our business. He also came back later to fix a faulty photocell for one of the outdoor fixtures, which we really appreciated. It has now been a couple months and we absolutely are very happy with all of his work. It's like we have a new backyard with all the new lighting and we feel safer that the pool light wiring has been updated. He was very clean and efficient and we felt that we got a lot of work for our money. We will definitley hire Jerry again next time we need an electrician or plumber!

Arrived on time. Explained the problem in detail. Answered questions I had about other things around the house. Even fixed a minor toilet tank problem which was unrelated to the electric outlet job that he performed.

Everything went well and it was all accomplished in a half day with 2 guys. There was no problem other than where I wanted outlets/lighting. Now all we have to do is patch and paint. It's so nice to have lighting outside out out side door and back door.
