+ -1 moreDon't let these two chain smokers (who light up in their store) work on your computer unless you don't mind getting it back as a UFO (unidentified foreign object). All software (or other prgrams I had ever purchased and downloaded from the internet including but no tlimited to security, firewall, music, files, etc.) is now gone. In place, their own choices for security and firewall protection. My PDF art is either missing or cannot be opened. Picture files? Who knows where they went. An attitude to boot when questioned on where it all might be.
Description of Work: Installed larger memory hardrive.

Description of Work: I TOOK MY NOTEBOOK TO THE BURBANK COMPUTER FACTORY BECAUSE I HAD HEARD OF PAUL'S SPECIAL FROM MY SON. BEST THING I EVER DID FOR MY FROZEN NOTEBOOK & MY WALLET. I LEFT IT OVER- NIGHT & PICKED IT UP THE NEXT DAY & IT WORKED LIKE A DREAM. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PAUL'S SPECIAL. IT'S A COMPLETE OVERHAUL.
