I contacted Brad Korb Real Estate to sell my mother's home in a trust sale. I am so happy I signed up with them! My mother's home sold in less than a week. And because of Mr. Korb's impressive marketing skills, her home sold for over 25,000 more than listed! Even though his office is in Burbank, it was not a problem for him to come to Whittier to meet me and see my mother's home. In addition, his associate who works for him, Mr. Narang helped us find a home the first time he accompanied us. Everyone at Brad Korb Real Estate was very friendly and professional in person and over the phone. A very positive experience for me and my family.

I live out of state so I was not looking forward to the process. Probably lots of trips to Los Angeles, documents in the mail, and notary's. Boy was I surprised. Brad and his team were great to work with. The cleanup and repairs were done right away and right after that the painting and new carpet and vinyl were installed. I could hardly believe how quickly his contractors got things done. His team of experts, from clean up and debris removal to paint/carpet and repairs, were all top notch. Because of Brad's extensive contacts we had multiple offers within 2 weeks. My sale went with no problems at all and closed very quickly. They use "DocuSign" so most of the paperwork was done through email! Brad also kept in communication with me the whole time, right through the closing of escrow. Answers to any questions I had were just a phone call away (thank you Heather!). Start to finish It was a great experience!

Sunny, an associate agent of Brad Korb Realty, was the ultimate professional, always knowledgeable and responsive to my questions. He was patient with me as we saw over 100 homes (no exaggeration) over about six months. Sunny undoubtedly looked out for my best interests instead of simply trying to close a sale which gained my hard to earn trust by providing me with advice based on facts and never pressuring one way or the other. He helped me make several unsuccessful offers due to the competitive market conditions as well as helped me navigate a handful of successful offers that fell through during the inspection/escrow stages while protecting my earnest money deposit. When it came time to close on my house we found ourselves right in the beginning of the Coronavirus shutdown. Thanks to Sunny's knowledge and professionalism we were able to navigate hurdles with the seller's agent and negotiated an equitable deal during an unprecedented time. I would definitely reach out to Sunny again if I need to sell or buy again but until then I will pass along my high recommendations and referrals.

Our father's next door neighbor's home had been on the market for 8 months before we put ours on the market (with a different realtor) and still hadn’t sold. My siblings and I were beyond pleased at how quick and smooth the process was. ESCROW closed a week ahead of schedule. It was an emotional time for me personally to have to sell the home I have known for 60 years. Everyone from Brad's team that I spoke to and worked with were personable and reassuring. They answered all my questions and even walked me through the process of obtaining an EIN for the Family Estate. I am so very thankful to Brad and his team for their personal service and remarkable results. I have sold 2 of my own homes in the past and didn’t experience anything close to what I did with Brad and his team. I cannot say enough good things about Brad Korb and his whole team. My husband and myself traveled out to Pacoima, CA from Florida to help him get his house ready for sale. There was a lot to do. We started with some things like interior painting and fixing the deck out back. Then I found Brad on Angie's list. What a smart move that was. He sent a designer who told us what would make sense to do to maximize profit. She then proceeded to list sample products and where to purchase them inexpensively. Then he has a team of contractors to do the work...again, very reasonably. After the work was done. The designer came back in to do the staging. Then the marketing team went to work. The house had multiple offers within a week..over list! Wow! I could go on and on, let me close by saying The Brad Korb Real Estate Group is amazing. I just wish we had hired him earlier. We would of saved money on the painting and deck work.
