Since we had a small window for selling the house, he moved quickly to gain the information that we needed for a timely sale. He followed us through every step of the selling process, making sure that we were happy with all that was being done. He and his staff were excellent and pleasant, answering many questions that surfaced, while filling out all the paperwork. Moreover, they responded to our emails and phone calls quickly, so that any questions were resolved without delay. It is also important to note that no complicated procedure, like selling a house, is without unexpected difficulties, but whenever any of these problems arose, Brad dealt with any inconvenience personally to make sure that it was resolved swiftly and to our satisfaction.
