They are extremely knowledgeable about the complexities of finding and purchasing a home, and are able to walk you through the process at a comfortable pace.  + -1 moreBrad Korb Real Estate Group helped with all aspects of listing a house left by my parents. He not only listed it, but he had access to a repairmen and gardeners to get the house ready to sell. Their work was reasonable and because they were connected with the real estate company, we did not have to put the money upfront, but rather were able to have it come out of the proceeds. One option that I liked was having the house listed online. Brad Korb RE Group had weekly online reports on 'views of the house' while it was for sale. He himself was personally involved in weekly contact with me through phone calls. Everyone connected with the process was cheerful, helpful, and responsive. I choose to go with group's recommended escrow company, etc., because the costs seemed reasonable. Everything went smoothly except for occasional hiccups with document delivery companies (not Brad Korb RE's issue.) Brad Korb's method of selling brought in a very good price for the house, more than I originally expected. I have no complaints whatsoever about the group and would recommend them.

 + -1 moreBrad Korb is trust worthy and has your best interest! After searching for a few months and didn't see anything I really like, I came across a listing that was not part of Brad's. Contacted his agent and quickly they were able to show me the place and help me land an offer. The seller had multiple offers already but I have Brad on my side. The seller's agent even mentioned that they went with my offer because they have worked with Brad Korb before and feels more confident going with me than the other offers presented. Another example of Brad's team at my best interest. The seller's agent didn't tell the seller that in the contract, they had agreed to include all the appliances. So right before closing, the seller offer to sell me the appliances. One phone call to Brad's team and they sorted the whole situation out for me. I got my house and all the appliances with it. They are very on top of things. Even after all said and done, Brad will personally call every few months just to see if I need anything. He is very personable and knows Burbank real well. He has great relationship with other realtors which makes buying and selling much easier. I wouldn't go with anybody else.

 + -1 moreFirst of all, I used Yelp to find a local real estate agency to look for a home to buy, and the Brad Korb was way up at the top of the list, as well as only a five-minute drive away. So my wife and I walked into the office without an appointment and met Val Sarkissian, who immediately called up dozens of options to start our search, while laying out what we would need to pre-qualify for a loan and get the home-buying process started. For the next two weeks, Val cherry-picked locations for us to look at based on our budget, offered helpful advice about the process, cracked jokes with us, and quickly responses to any and all questions we had. This was in June, just as school was letting out and the market was already hot. There were some homes we couldn't even see before they got offers and went right back off the market. We considered putting in an offer on a place sight unseen! Val soothed our nerves and assured us she would get us the place we really wanted. At last we found it! When we were ready to pounce on the home of our dreams, she had the offer written up that same evening. She constantly kept contact with the selling agent and her tenacity impressed the sellers enough that our offer beat out eleven others!
