We sold our house in less than a month at a price we were extremely happy with. Not only was Brad great, but his team was outstanding, professional and extremely helpful. From start to finish, the home sale process with Brad and his high-quality team went like clockwork. Because Brad recommended him, I did not have to worry about whether I could trust him or not. Brad's team arranged for a home inspection and photos to be taken before I'd even realized they had done so. The whole process was just so smooth and professional. They know what they are doing! The house actually found a buyer on the very first day it was on the market, at just a tad under the asking price! We had a short escrow--negotiated by Brad--and his fabulous transaction coordinators and escrow professionals got me through that process as well. I'm the type that wants to know exactly what's going on and I ask a lot of questions. They never made me feel like I was annoying them, which I appreciated. Brad and his team offered excellent support through the entire process of selling my condo. It sold in a week, well above our asking price. It's a real struggle to put into words just how incredible our experience with Val was. Val, as a professional, and as a person could not have been more perfect. She found us our home, and she did it as if she was a friend that we had know for years. When it looked like we were going to fall short on the perfect house for us, Val stayed persistent and kept up the fight for us, and we ended up getting it, all because of her! She recommended the BEST loan advisor and home inspector which made the daunting process of buying a house almost enjoyable! Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. The Brad Korb Real Estate Group stood out as the best choice: their rankings are excellent (meaning people find Brad Korb Real Estate listings on his site easily), their marketing presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. We spoke with Brad and then met with him at our home. He a lot of time answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info related to the area. Brad made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having a pro come and give us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more. When we saw our listing we were blown away. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. In 1999 when we bought our home and moved into Glendale we began receiving advertising from Brad's Office. Late last year, 2017, because of Brad's proven marketing techniques we immediately thought about him and contacted him for the first time to inquire about his service. Keep in mind this was almost 20 years later. That same day one of his customer service team came by the house and brought us a beautiful flower with a letter thanking us for reaching out to him. Brad Korb is a master professional in the real estate business. He has experience, integrity, and know-how. Brad keeps in touch almost daily with updates. He is astute at making judgments as to what improvements need to be made to be made to the property in order to bring in top dollar. He will also assist in finding the right people to make those changes. The property he sold for us in the Los Feliz area sold for over the listed price. Other realtors might have walked away in despair as the property had been lived in by elderly people who had not kept it up to date. Brad arranged for the auction and clean-up as well as repairs. Escrow closed in about two months. I give Brad Korb the highest recommendation as the person to deal with your real estate transactions. And to top it off, he is a very nice person.
