The Brad Korb Real Estate Group did an excellent job of selling and preparing our home for the market. We needed extensive repairs and upgrades before listing the house. Living out of state we were at a loss on how to handle the logistics of hiring contractor's to make the repairs. Brad Korb helped me sell an investment property. From the first day I met Brad I have found him to be the most positive and enthusiastic person I have ever met. I found him to be this way throughout the entire process. Brad arranged to stage the home for the photo shoot. He had an appraisal, retrofit and termite report as well as inspections performed prior to going to market. All this while working around my tenants.
