He continually found listings per my preferences, so I was able to compare many different houses in a short time. He guided me through the home buying process, and ran interference when issues with the house or the seller's work needed to be corrected. And he helped me find the home I was looking for! Description of Work: Brad was highly skilled in delicate negotiations on the sell of my house. The house deal was complicated and difficult due to the house situation and the marketplace at the time. Brad put in the extra effort personally and went the extra mile to get the deal done for me. I can't thank him enough. Description of Work: Brad and his team were so easy to deal starting day one. They all were so professional and patient with us. Brad went above and beyond. He blew us away by hiring a professional photographer, home decorator (stager), and home inspector to ensure my property would get top dollar. Brad and his team answered all of our questions since I was a new seller and never been through the process. Brad and his team assured me that I don't need to physically be in California (I moved out of state) to sign any documents because everything was done over email. This saved me a lot of stress and time. Brad sold my property for $10K more than asking price in one week!! Also, escrow closed on time!! ......Thank you, thank you, thank you BRAD!!!!

Brad was very professional and well prepared during our initial meeting and offered extra services the others lacked. Those services included free access to a stager, an inspection of our home and a professional photographer to insure we received top dollar. A friendly face amongst the many realtors out there, James took us under his wing and helped us navigate the muddy waters of home ownership. James spoke our language, demystifying the process for us, from start to finish. He kept us updated on new properties that fell within our price range, and always had our best interest at heart. Not only did he respond very quickly to each inquiry we had, but he took the time to answer each and every question to the best of his ability. His experience in this field was invaluable, but it was the TLC he gave us that really set him apart from other realtors. When it came time to place our bid on the house, he worked tirelessly with us to ensure that we were happy with every detail. Description of Work: Brad sold our duplex in Burbank few years back. I couldn't express enough how we appreciate working with him. He is thorough and organized with an amazing team. He was very patient with us during a stressful time of having to sell our duplex. We started working with Brad again last year to sell our house in North Hollywood. We expected the same quality of service but what we got was even better. Brad and his team had helped create an amazing marketing strategy in selling the house and within 4 weeks we had multiple offers.
