floor cleaning
+ -1 moreThey did a horrible job! He said he could do it, so they sanded and coated. As it turns out, the law now says that they cannot use the previous shiny varnish that was used on our other floors, so it did not match. The stain color was not the same, either. They did acknowledge that the work was not done correctly and did not charge.
Description of Work: They were supposed to sand and stain the floors for 2 rooms and a long hallway after taking up the carpeting. Price is just the deposit. There was some water damage that we had not seen previously, but he didn't show it to me before doing any work. They subcontracted the job.

carpet installation
+ -1 moreThey have been in Burbank for thirty years and everything that they do is beautiful. They give you so many choices and they give you a variety of prices to choose from depending on what you want.
Description of Work: I have a few apartments and they do all the cleaning for the carpets and the drapes. They once put in a new bathroom for the apartment as well. They have done some kitchen floors for my apartments as well at my mothers house.
