Taylor came out to our new "old" home and did a thorough inspection and evaluation. As it turned out there was "petrified" rat poop in our 100 year old attic and the insulation was a mess and non existent. He was able to arrange for a crew to come out 3 days later who did a phenomenal job in our very small, cramped attic space. Photos were provided as well to show the before, during, and after. We had a new sister foundation installed several weeks later so I called out Atticare to take a look since I noticed some new entry points. Taylor spent nearly an hour patching up the new entry points which were created as a result of our new foundation work. To my surprise, there was no charge! That is outstanding service! Atticare LA truly earned my business and I will certainly call them back in the future!

Starting from the moment I called them to get an estimate,they were so professional. David was the technician to give us the initial quote.He thoroughly explained everything in detail. Erik's crew arrived a couple days later remove old insulation and installed new. I was beyond impressed with their workmanship. They sealed everything so dust would not spread all over the house. Erik showed us pictures of the complete clean-up and, later on, the new insulation.

A crew of 4 came out and removed my old insulation, vacuumed out the entire attic, sealed off rodent entry points, patched the holes in my air ducts, sanitized the attic, applied rodent repellent, and replaced my insulation - all in one day. By the way, it was much cheaper than another company's estimate (originally $4,000, and then lowered to $3,500 to get me to sign). I couldn't be happier.

I bought my house in May of 2016 and my electric bill was running $600 per month. I knew that the house did not have good insulation and after consulting an electrician I decided to clean out the attic and install new insulation. The previous owner admitted that she was trying to save money when she re-did the roof. The roofer left quite a bit of debris, including construction materials, in the attic. The foreman, Mabris, and his crew did an excellent job of cleaning out the attic without making a mess of the house. They took great care to cover all walls and furniture with plastic sheets, creating a tunnel leading from the entrance to the attic. My kids and I joked that our house looked like a crime lab. I also like the fact that Atticare LA has its own in-house handyman and electrician. The handyman sealed up holes and the electrician organized wires in the attic for me. I haven't received an electric bill since the work but I am hoping it is far less.

It went really well. The technicians were very helpful, worked hard, and were timely. After the job we noticed that a lot of the can lights throughout the house had come loose. We reached out to them about this, hoping they would repair them. They sent out the original job manager, and after seeing the lights offered to send out his handyman to repair. The handyman came out and repaired all of the lights at no cost to us. They looked better than when we moved in. Since then, we have brought in that same handyman to do additional work for us. We couldn't be happier with Atticare, and the people they work with. The insulation was done over a year ago, so I can't remember exact cost. But I believe it was around $1200.

The whole experience was great, starting with Jonathan, the sales rep who came by my house to do the initial inspection and provide me with a quote. They weren't the lowest quote, but they did the most thorough inspection and were the only one of the three companies I had come out to quote who were able to locate the hole on my roof which was probably the main entry point for rodents. They were able to come out the following week, due to a hole in their schedule (they gave me a discount for taking this appt.), and do the work. Edward and his crew were polite, efficient, and fast working. They had the job done in no time and did a great clean-up.

This is an excellent company with excellent employees at every level of service. After seeing rodent droppings in our house, I called ATTICARE and ALON came over with a flashlight, a ladder and a friendly smile and spent over an hour crawling around in the basement and in the attic (1700 square foot, single story house built in 1938). He was totally professional with excellent communications skills. He described what he saw of the rodent evidence and was able to evaluate the information and describe what needed to be done...and what did not need to be done! Although he did not try to sell me the insulation replacement in the attic, when I saw what it looked like (peering in over his shoulder), I decided to spend the money to clean up the mess with more efficient and cost effective batten insulation---in additional to sealing all the mini-holes at both the roof and ground levels, where the rodents could enter. During our meeting I had an issue with the "can" lights in the living room, which were placed in the ceiling and extended into the attic. I didn't want them covered in insulation for safety reasons. ALON checked the protocol with SCOTT, the company's owner, and we agreed to a minor extra charge for some extra "wire protection" for the 12 lighting fixtures. ALON handled this discussion skillfully with no drama, no argument and no problems. We solved what could have become a big problem in less than 10 minutes. MIGUEL and his 4 man team arrived punctually on the day of service and set up their giant vacuum cleaners with super-sized hoses in our driveway. The 4 guys put on space-age white suits with hoods and respirators, climbed through the tiny opening to the attic and spent the next 5-6 hours vacuuming out the old blown insulation into huge cloth garbage bags located outside. Finally, they emerged, covered in dust and dirt and dripping with sweat, took a few huge gulps of Gatorade and climbed back inside to roll out the new batten insulation. Throughout the entire process, MIGUEL ran the entire show and managed his team and the equipment with top-notch efficiency and skill. This was clearly not his first rodeo! When the job was finished, after about 8-9 hours, MIGUEL led me on a full inspection of the attic and the exterior of the house. Everything had been done thoroughly, according to, and beyond my expectations. If you have rat or mouse problem (and who doesn't?), I recommend that you call ATTICARE. They know what they're doing, do it well and aim to please with 100% customer satisfaction.

Wow. From the time Owen arrived to inspect the space and provide a quote to the day a crew of 3 arrived (Miguel, Levi, and Pedro), the service was professional and well done. They took great care in sealing off and protecting our living space and answered all questions. They were very open about providing us photos of the before and after. They worked efficiently with only a very short break and were very respectful. Would without hesitation recommend them.

Wow! I can't say enough about this Atticare crew. Long story short-ish; Ben, who did the initial inspection, is fantastic! He evaluated the situation, showed me pictures of what was in the attic, went over all options in detail, gave me estimates, and never tried to persuade me into buying more than the attic needed. (I opted for batting and radiant barrier-quite possibly the best decision I've ever made). The improvement in the effectiveness of the a/c cooling capabilities is mind boggling. No more 90+ degree upstairs rooms when the thermostat is set to 70-degrees! On the day of the job, Ben swung by to make sure everything was running smoothly. I have to note also, that Ben maintained communication with me from the initial inspection all the way through to the final completion paperwork. Superb customer service! Thanks, Ben! Just as impressive as Ben's customer service is the crew who came to do the work. They deserve a 10-star rating of their own. Edward and his hard-working crew are a well-oiled efficient machine that works quickly and efficiently. Everyone on the team does their part. They removed the old insulation, cleaned & sanitized the attic, installed the new batting, and installed radiant barrier. What's more is they kept everything as clean as possible. Hey, it was insulation from 1962, I expected there to be a bit of dust here or there but they left the job site with nary a speck of dust to be found. Plus, they spent all day in a very cramped, very stuffy, 95+ degree attic and were still smiling and friendly at the end of the day. I also liked that Edward took photos to keep a record of the job as it progressed so I was able to see Before & After photos. He also would keep me abrest of what was being done as the job progressed. That was a nice added touch. I'd like to say a BIG "thank you" to Edward and his crew! I'm thrilled with the Atticare crew, the price we paid for the job, and the final results. I only wish they did sprinkler installation, electrical, kitchen remodels, etc. etc. :-) I highly recommend this company and I've told my friends in the area all about our experience with Atticare.

Everything from inspection to completion of job went smoothly. Oz came by to inspect the attic and let us know what his recommendations were and promptly provided an estimate of the job. The job was scheduled in about a week and Edward and his crew arrived on time and spent about 7 hours cleaning out the attic and installing new insulation. They put down floor coverings and secured the area around the entrance to the attic to keep the rest of the house as dust free as possible. They even sealed gaps in the attic with foam. After the job was done, they cleaned up the area nicely. A few days later, the company emailed us before and after photos! Edward and his crew were responsive and professional and did a great job.

Walter and crew arrived on time, taped and masked off areas of our home where dust could settle. They then went into the attic and vacuumed out all old insulation, old boards, rodent droppings, old ducting, ANYTHING that was in our attic! They were professional, polite, clean and knowledgeable and made sure to clean up after the removal was complete. They will return to put new insulation when we are ready for that phase. Usually, it is all taken care of in one day, but we have issues that prevented us from doing that. Atticare was completely able to work with us and set up a later date for insulation installation. I would recommend Atticare to anyone needing this procedure!

Noisey, pricey, but the end result hopefully will do what is needed for cooling and heating. Oz explained the process and took pictures of what was needed. It was quite a whirlwind process and it took only 6+ hours to start, then finish. The supervisor on scene does a lot of juggling in the process of getting all the work done.

David, salesman was very courteous,polite and honest with his dealings to us. He gave us an estimate that was reasonable and comparable to the others that we had a bid for! He was always available when we have questions and knowledgeable with what he offers. He went an extra mile to explain and gave us the freedom to make the choice as to what to be done with no pressure. During the actual work on our attic, a photo was provided to us by his crew ( Michael) as to what was going on, and what they have found and what to be done. The crew were very honest as well and their workmanship was superb. All in all, my husband an I was very happy and would recommend their job to others! Thank you for a great job!

Very good experience. They came in around 10am and finished around 3pm. They kept our house clean in the process. Very professional and answered all my questions.

The company was a pleasure to deal with. Raz, their representative, was very courteous and informative. His crew was also very courteous and professional. They did everything they had promised in the quote and when they were finished they left everything very neat and clean. Also we have noticed a tremendous improvement in maintaining a consistent indoor temperature and am sure that having this work done will have an impact on our heating/cooling bill.

They were very efficient. They put up plastic so that all vacuuming of icky old rodent-pooped insulation was not pushed into my home. It was a plastic hallway from my attic to the truck. They worked nonstop until lunch. They took a break and then were back at it. The three men who did the job were kind, efficient, proficient, professional. At the end of the job, I was invited up to the attic to inspect. I will also get photos of the whole process. They told me to call my HVAC people to have them come and re-hang my tubing because the tape they used was not the correct tape. They offered to come out within the year to check to see that the attic is truly rodent-free so I don't have to go up there and skulk around. They told me to inform the Gas company of this insulation project and that I should receive a rebate. They were very careful inside and outside to clean up and vacuum all the remants of the job. In truth, they are GREAT!!!!! I will tell everybody I know about them. I am sure that the upcoming summer will be more enjoyable because of the proper and up to code insulation. They came over to my duplex and sanitize the entire attic , insulation removal and blew in new insulation. They also sealed up rat holes. They estimated eight hours and worked eleven hours. They worked very hard and I was just pleased. They were very courteous and very clean. I highly recommend them.

They were very professional, showed up on time, and did what they said they would do. Great job !!!

Salesman and technician Ben did a great job in explaining the services to be done and setting up a work order. He went out of his way to get a date that would work for me. Workmen were efficient and cleaned up after the job. It took a bit longer than expected but was worth the wait. I would certainly recommend them.r

I thought they were going to maybe help take care of sealing up some things but they gave me a basic idea of what needed to be done. I chose another local company that was a little bit less expensive. They came and did what they signed up to do. They could have had a lower price.

I had a appointment for 1-3 pm, tech showed up at 1:30. He was given an incorrect phone number. Checked my Attic and the Air Ducts checked out fine. Suggested the problem may be with the unit.

I am still waiting to hear about my refund.

Wonderful. Very thorough, show pix of after cleaning. Excellent, would refer this company to neighbors & relative. Did another inspection later to make sure I was completely satisfied . Great service wish all contractors followed their professional conduct.
