 + -1 moreEXTREMELY BAD. I checked the "performed the work" box since I want this report to be weighted correctly. For all intents and purposes, I thought the work was going to be performed. I was actually very sorry I used this resource to locate the mover when I should have used personal references instead. No one I know has ever had a mover not show on the day of the move and fail to call them to explain why. As it turns out, I don't think they collected the $100 deposit (by charging my card), so thankfully, I may not need to chase that down (but I'm still trying to verify).
Description of Work: I hired this company to move my contents out of a storage unit, back to my home. I found them on Angie's List, where they had one other good report. They asked for a $100 deposit when I booked the move (about 2 weeks in advance), and on the afternoon of the move DID NOT SHOW UP. After repeated attempts to contact them, I kept getting an answering service. They still have not called me back! I WAS FORCED TO RENT MY OWN UHAUL AND MY HUSBAND AND I COMPLETED THE MOVE IN 107 DEGREE HEAT! I have NEVER had this happen before and I would REMOVE THEM FROM YOUR LIST! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

 + -1 moreThey were so careful with everything, and very polite. I would use them again for sure! I called this company with two days notice and they took care of everything.
Description of Work: Three guys packed, wrapped, loaded, and unloaded my whole garage and everything that was left in my upstairs apartment. They delivered most everything to my storage locker and the rest to my house.
