+ -1 moreThe team is very punctual and reliable. They always show up on time on Tuesday morning and keep our lawn maintained well. Additionally, they have completely relandscaped our front and back yards and taken down trees. The team has made beautiful beds out front, and have made our lawn look beautiful. I never give them any direction because I have no idea what kinds of plants or flowers will look nice in my yard. I just tell them to make it look pretty, and they do. Every time. The price is right. I pay $95/month for monthly maintenance. I pay for any extra work done, and am charged for the plants without any mark up. Great service and happy customer.
Description of Work: Alvarez Gardening Svc provides our monthly lawn maintenance and has for the last two years. Additionally, they have removed trees, landscaped our front and back yards,and fixed and maintained our sprinkler system.

+ -1 moreIT IS JUST PRETTY BASIC WORK. THEY COME EVERY OTHER WEEK. THEY'RE OKAY EXCEPT FOR THE BASIC WORK. THEY ACTUALLY DON'T DO THE PLANTING OF THE NEW PLANTS OR TRIMMING OF THE TREES OR THINGS LIKE THAT.
Description of Work: THEY CHARGE $60 A MONTH. IT'S JUST GARDENING.

+ -1 moreTHEY DO A GOOD JOB. THEY ARE HERE EVERY SINGLE WEEK ON THE DAY THAT THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO BE HERE. WE ALWAYS HAVE TO ASK THEM TO DO THE WEEDING. THEY NEED TO DO A BETTER JOB ON THEIR BOOKKEEPING.
Description of Work: THEY DO GENERAL MAINTENANCE OF THE YARD LIKE MOWING, WEEDING, AND TRIMMING.
