+ -1 moreThey are excellent. I have used them twice and they did an excellent job on both the occasions. I would definitely recommend them. They were superb. We had a couple of rats. The guy who came out was very efficient and very professional. He got rid of them. We have a guarantee for a year in case the rats come back. We have not had a return problem of any kind. Sometimes he does some extra things too.
