+ -1 moreThe guy on the phone was a little curt but the serviceman showed up exactly on time and was fast and efficient and quite pleasant and polite. He replaced the tongue of the lock.
Description of Work: Service call. He replaced part of my front door lock and rebalanced the door.

+ -1 moreCame out same day. $40 service charge to come. $10 for cylinder change and $3 for duplicate keys. Friendly and nice and fast and efficient. Was so pleased called again for another job and had same quality of work. Will look no further for locksmiths in Los Angeles.
Description of Work: 10 cylinder locks were changed. With 3 series of keys. Also duplicate keys were made.

+ -1 moreWHEN THEY WERE WORKING, THEY LOOKED CONCENTRATED. THERE WERE TWO GUYS THAT CAME IN, THEY WERE VERY POLITE, AND WENT STRAIGHT TO THE POINT, AND WORK. IT WAS REALLY HOT SO WE GAVE THEM WATER.
Description of Work: THE CAME TO PUT NEW LOCKS IN THE FRONT DOOR. THEY ALSO PUT A LOCK IN MY PARENTS DOOR.
