Job Walk - Company owner (Jack Yang) showed up as scheduled - Quoted two days for work - Specified amount of paint needed for each room - Stated he had been in business for 15 years - Said this was a simple job and would do in 2 days - I said I wanted good job and not to rush - Stated how he would fix the drywall spots - Provided price and contract Morning of first day work - Owner showed up on time - I signed contract and paid agreed upon deposit of $400 - Walked through job again to be sire scope was understood - Worker number 1 late - Started to set up and saw walls were smooth and said did not have the required short nap roller and would have to leave to buy one. To get work started I provided a brand new one (still in wrapper) that I had - Worker number 2 very late (owner finally went and picked up some where) - Owner left after work started and never to job site again - Less than 7 hours of work done first day - Notice that worker number two wahs using heavy long nap roller Second day - workers showed up at about 8:30 and left at about 12:00 saying they were done Results Very poor - Runs & Drips - A lot of bits in surface paint (looks like failure to properly clean paint on color changes) - Many areas an still see primer through paint (how could this possibly be two coats? - Part of the vanity wall area (2 ft. x 2 ft.) looks like they used the lighter color ceiling paint - Did not fix dry wall on first day so how did it have good time plaster to dry,, primer dry and two coats dry before leaving at 11:00 appears it might not of even been taped as agreed One of the repairs looks like they st ainted over multipl times - In the master bath the use of the long nap roller left the entire room with washboard like look and feel Believe entire job was jsut rush, rush, rush to make cheap and lack of proper tools
