+ -1 moreGilbert was great. He had some trouble with the sink because of the pressure. He is professional, punctual, and knowledgable. I will continue to use and would recommend him to others.
Description of Work: I had hire him to put in a sewer line under the house. He also fixed my bathroom sink.

+ -1 moreEach time they would start a process to clear the line, they stopped and told me they needed more powerful equipment: 1) a camera, 2) the hydro-jet and 3) the warthog machine. Each time the price went up, but after "speaking with his supervisor" the price kept coming down 25%. I caught them in a lie when they said I needed 2 services totaling $1,300 - when I actually only needed 1 service. When I approved the more expensive procedure to clean the line, they stopped working telling me that this process was not going to work and that they would have to replace the line. When I challenged them and told them I was not in a position to do that, and would be calling other plumbers, they quickly told me that they could find other equipment to clear the block, but would have to drive to Orange County to get it. I felt completely taken advantage, they did absolutely no work and were trying to gouge us for more money, like we paid for the first job. We will never call this company again.
Description of Work: We used Rapid Plumbing about 6 months ago to replace our main line, charging us $7,200. Our guest house line became clogged and we called them back out to investigate. They came out and snaked the line, put a camera in and attempted to "warthog" the line with power water blades. Ultimately, they said our lines were too clogged and we would need to replace that line from the guest house to the main line. They said they would "work with us" because we were premier customers (i.e.suckers for using them in the first place). I called another plumbing company the next day and they fixed our problem for $200.

+ -1 moreTHEY MADE A LOT OF NOISE, LEFT MY CARPET WITH RUST STAINS, AND THE GUY WAS DIRTY. THAT SET ME OFF RIGHT AWAY. WHAT WAS WRONG WAS A PLUGGED UP SINK, AND THEY SAID THEY NEEDED A $300 PART, AND THEY HAD TO FIX IT TWICE.
Description of Work: THEY ROUTED, AND FIXED UP MY ROOF.
