At the estimate, Tony arrived on time, surveyed the property, made good recommendations for the number and location of cameras and gave us an estimate. We already had an excellent recommendation for his services and had one other estimate, which was twice the cost, so we went with Tony. Tony arrived on time for the install with an assistant. Both were courteous and focused on the work, which included wiring, installation the cameras, along with a DVR on a monitor and visual capability on our two smart phones. Ring is a new system dependent on Wi Fi We have had spotty service with our Wi Fi provider, which affected the Ring product. Tony would absolutely not give up and worked tirelessly into the evening to make sure it was working properly. He also provided good instructions on how to use the systems. Later, we found that the Ring notification system was a little too sensitive. We got notifications when buses and trucks went down the street. Tony came back and reset the sensitivity at no charge and gave us more instructions on how to use the system efficiently. Tony is courteous, sincere, hard working and customer focused. We were very happy with the service. The cameras are working very well. We are also pleased with the Ring product.

I had requested a quote approximately 10 months earlier and Tony held firm with his original quote. He was very responsive via email and kept me updated on his arrival times. They both did a great job installing my cameras and setting them up to make sure all was working and connected before they left. Tony also advised me on newer cameras for the future and the different technologies available. I would highly recommend them.

could not get through. it would ring, sound like it answered, then hung-up. I tried numerous times. Maybe there is just a problem with their phone. Who knows.

The experience went well from the initial home assessment to the completion of the entire project. I wanted to upgrade our existing alarm system as I realized it was old technology and and had vulnerabilities. No sense in having an alarm system if a burglar can just cut the hard wire. I also had 1080P surveillance cameras installed throughout the perimeter of my home. From the moment we agreed to the purchase, Tony and Angel were able to complete the entire system installation in 1 1/2 days. They were full, long days but both were dedicated to finishing the project. I don't think they even took a break for lunch or dinner. I also liked the fact they took the time to install everything correctly and didn't do a "mickey mouse" job. In other words, I could tell they really cared about their work and client satisfaction. All the wires were tucked away nicely, they cleaned up after themselves, configured the system and our smart phone access, and the system works perfectly. We're real satisfied with our new Home Alarm and Automation System. We added several more alarm and motion sensors that Tony included in our system package. This would have cost us several hundred dollars more had I upgraded with our old alarm vendor. I get notified of all activity through text messaging in my smart phone, which I thought was real neat. The home automation features such as controlling security locks, garages, and thermostat are pretty sweet too. I found Tony and Angel to be professional, dedicated, knowledgeable, courteous, and responsive. I would certainly hire them again in a heartbeat for future projects.

I am late on writing this review. I purchased 2 hours of electrical labor. I phoned Precise Communications and we discussed what I needed to have done and scheduled an appointment. I purchased a Swann camera system with 8 cameras, modem and monitor from Sams Club. I purchased a surround sound receiver from Precise and outdoor speakers. It was a long day for them. I live in a two story house and they ran cables for all the cameras and speakers. I had 4 cameras placed in the front yard and 4 cameras in the back yard. They were very thorough and clean with their work. They hid the cables and did an outstanding job! They could have finished in less time but took great pride in their work in hiding the cables and doing a professional job. They arrived around 11:00am and finished close to midnight. They did not stop working the entire time, other then for dinner. Which they deducted the time for that from their bill. After the intitial 2 hours I purchased, they charged $50 per hour per technician. I highly recommend them!

It was good. There was no problem at all. They were prompt.

After getting quotes from several other service providers, we settled on Precise Communications based on their quote (which was lower than the others) and the favorable reviews on Angie's List. Tony came to the house and worked with us to design the best installation to achieve the security we wanted around the perimeter of the house. He returned with an assistant on the day we had scheduled the work and installed 6 cameras and a 2TB hard drive for recording the data. All the wiring and cabling were done in a way that minimized the visibility, and they cleaned up the debris when they finished - by which time it was completely dark outside. Tony returned the next day to tweak the aim of the cameras and to walk us through how to see the images on our TV and on our phones and iPads remotely. All in all Tony did an excellent job and I would recommend him to anyone.

He installed the security cameras. I was really happy with his work! My only complaint is they didn't clean up the debris in the house after drilling the holes.

Went great. Got a call relight away and they were very prompt. Spent about an hour setting everything up and was ber y thorough in explaining to me the connections and how to use it. I was very happy with the service

Tony and his worker Angel were both on time. They both were professional and courteous. Tony is a man of his word. I called him four or five months ago and gave me the same price, that he quoted five months ago. Tony is a perfectionist's, he will not leave until the job is done right. I will refer him to all my friends and family members. I will contact him again in the near future for other jobs.

The service went very well. Tony did a great job. He arrived on time and scheduling was not an issue. He completed the service the service in about 1 hour and 20 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He knew exactly how to put together a heavy arm extension for the flat screen TV and he great with the cleanup afterwards.

Tony was very professional, on time, and explained everything I asked as he was going along. Precision Communication is a very professional company and extremely accommodating. I was unable to make the appointment at the time scheduled and they worked with me in order to accommodate. Tony was very neat while he worked and explained any question I had while he was working. He gave me options to put the wires in the wall or not and I appreciated his professionalism. Tony made a great impression on this customer and I would certainly use Precision Communication again and would recommend them !!

Professional yet personable. Tony Hicks did the work, which was timely and efficient. It's been 5 weeks since he did the job, and everything is working perfectly. When I am ready to install a home security system, I will not shop around, I will simply phone Tony.

The fact that he was very diligent in trying to find a problem. My surround sound had gone out and he found some other connections that had gone wrong, by my grandson who was the initial installer. He was very good. He was here a long time. He wasn't very responsive. I didn't know if they were coming during those dates.

The communication with the company was poor and I thought it could have been better. Then there availabiltiy was not good. The day he was suppose to be here, he was running late and I only knew that because I called to give him the code to our gated community. He did set up the system for us, but it is not in full working order. But I am not sure it was the technician's fault. It is an old system and that may be the problem, but at least I am able to use to radio and the CD player. I am going to take the technician's advice and purchase a new ampliphier (sp?) and see if that helps with the sound level.

Stayed extra time to finish the job. Didn't charge extra. I ga e it to him in tip. Recommended

Precise Communications did some rewiring and helped get our speakers working correctly so that we have surround sound. Tony, the guy who came was very professional and knew what he was doing. We are very pleased with this company and would use them again. We bought the special deal of $99 for two hours of work.

Tony was great! He was patient, resourceful and very professional. You can trust this guy to do a very good job for you!
