Description of Work: My tenant called to report a broken kitchen drawer. Although it was a small job, it was nothing I could have taken care of myself since we aren't local. Thankfully, Nick had another job in South County and was able to swing by and take care of it. The tenants were extememely complimentary of Nick, stating how polite he was.
