Description of Work: I would not recommend this company nor would I use this person again for any service. He did one small job (security camera) for us and it was not up to par, We ended up paying him and then having to hire ADT to do the installation of cameras properly. He was paid 300 plus dollars for a job that was not done well. I was going to hire him for two huge projects one to paint the home and one to tear down a porch and put a new one up however when I asked him for an itemized billing contract he chose not to do the job. Buyers beware. I cannot believe he has an A rating... I did not look at his overall reviews until after the fact.

Description of Work: Replaced garbage disposal and kitchen faucett. Also replaced bathtub fixture faceplates. Nick was very punctual, professional and no nonsense, getting to work immediately without pause. I am very pleased with his outstanding job.

Description of Work: I received an email giving me a quote to replace an under the counter water filter system. I responded saying that the quote was good and I wanted a time and date for them to perform the service. I never heard from them again. I called Quality Plumbing and talked to a live person and had our filter competently replaced for half the price within three days (that included a weekend).

Description of Work: This is the first time I have used Nick's services but I have already scheduled additional work later in the Spring. Nick and his staff are very professional, well mannered and punctual. They cleaned up each day after their work was complete and always requested feedback from me before making decisions on design. I had them painting, plumbing and tile work - all was done to perfection. I would highly recommend Nick and his team.

Description of Work: Kitchen lights were converted from fluorescent tubes to recessed spot lights. Six lights were originally planned but after the work was started a beam was discovered where the middle row of lights supposed to go. We didn't blame Nick for this as there was no way that he would have known that the beam was there before starting the project. We were unhappy though with the overall workmanship. At the end he advised us that the job would need another coat of paint which we felt he should have done to complete the job. Eighteen months later we had a licensed contractor redo the whole job.

Description of Work: Contacted this firm to have a garage door opener installed. Was quoted a price range, to which I requested a breakdown on what was the difference. Did not get a timely response. Set up an appointment anyway, supposed to be between 8-10 am today. When no one had arrived after 10 calls were made, went to voice mail. Did reach Nick, who said he forgot. He did send someone over, who reported he was instructed to install a GARBAGE DISPOSER!!!! After he had opened up the new box and was rummaging through the contents, he admitted he didn't have proper tools...at which point he was sent away. WoW ! ! !

Description of Work: I called Nick on Sunday for an appointment to install a kitchen faucet after I got off work on Monday, between the hours of 5:30 & 6pm. He said he would call when he was on his way, and asked for my phone number & read it back to me. At 6:10 on Monday I called because no one had called me--he said he was glad I called that he tried to call me & had the number wrong. He had run out of gas in Westminster & had just had someone bring him some. Could not make it because he had another appointment in Orange County @ 6:30. He was the 4th plumber I had called that cancelled on me so I just told him to forget it.

Description of Work: Paint the whole house, new flooring on stairs, installed dishwasher, hood, chandeliers, door knobs, doors, thermostat, all new recessed lighting and pendents, siliconed all tubs, all new dimmers, mounted 6ft mirror in master bath, built new gate. Fixed, Patched, Painted and Installed in our new house.

Description of Work: Nick rewired electrical plugs-I had old copper wire that ommited a gray film on the walls. I called Nick mid-day and he stopped by on his way home to look at what I needed. He was back the next day and completed the outlet installation. The next week, I had him install two bedroom ceiling fans. Nick showed up on time, cleaned the work area, and charged me what he quoted. What a pleasure!
