+ -1 moreMike and his crew did a great job from start to finish. Tore off the old roof, hauled off all the debris, kept the area around the house and driveway relatively clean. Good quality roof.
Description of Work: Replaced Roof with 30 year composite, replaced two skylights, replaced flat garage roof, replaced fascia boards and a few tongue and groove boards as needed.

+ -1 moreWe were pleased with the quality and efficiency of the work. The clean up was thorough. A bit of tar seeped through somehow onto the tile floor in the living room, and Mike himself showed up to remove it.
Description of Work: We have a flat roof that was leaking in many different places. We'd had it patched the year before, but that didn't last. Mike and his crew removed one layer from the existing roof and re-roofed with a layer of 75 lb. base sheet, 3 layers of 11 lb. glass ply sheets, and a layer of rock embedded in hot asphalt.

+ -1 moreMike showed up with his tear-down crew, right on time. The crew tore down the 3 roofs on the first day. There was no debris left by this crew. On the second day the roofers were here right on time, made the repairs and roofed the house. Again, they did a very nice clean-up.....there was NO MESS at all! Mike and his crew did a BEAUTIFUL JOB! Mike uses only quality materials. We would highly recommend Grand Pacific Roofing Co. to anyone. You won't be disappointed! OUTSTANDING WORK!!!
Description of Work: We needed a new roof on our 1,350 sq. ft. house. The existing roof was 28 years old and there were 2 roofs underneath the existing roof. We were quoted $5,200 for the re-roof, however there was dry rot and repairs that needed to be made, which changed the price to $6,080. A fair price we thought considering the repairs. You may end up playing "telephone tag" as Mike is very busy, but HE WILL RETURN YOUR CALLS! A true professional!
