Description of Work: This is a family owned company and they were great. we had used them before to fix our air condition fan in the attic. The gentleman, told us that this might be a short fix, because our system was old and might need replacement. He also said we could get lucky and it might last a lot longer too. Well, 3 months later our system died and so they came out on Monday and replaced the old air condition with a new one. Three men came and worked for about 3 hours to take care of the problem. They were very nice and friendly. Professional and clean up everything, we will recommend them to our friends. Wonderful service!!!

Description of Work: Installed new high-efficiency Air Conditioning system, American Standard 16 SEER Gold XI 3 ton single stage condenser and coil. Connected it to our existing heater, as Gustavo (the owner/salesman) said it was perfect and did not need replacement - this shows how honest they are. We are very satisfied with their work - nice, family-owned company, very professional, friendly, efficient, and on time. We will definitely call them again when our second downstairs a/c unit needs replacement (we have 2 a/c systems - upstairs and downstairs).
