Description of Work: Very impressed with the service and professionalism. These folks had to do quite a bit of work to find a solution to my old heaters problem and locate parts. They would not commit to repairs unless they were sure the solution would work. Nice. On time, quick and efficient. Would definitely use again.

Description of Work: Gustavo, the owner, was my contact. He's wonderful, very professional, great prices, and worked with me on different upgrades in equipment. I chose him because of that and also he's an installer for american standard, which is the product that I wanted. Did a completely new installation for central air and heat. Had 3 guys here and completed in one day.

The technician was unable to conduct a proper service due to being rushed by the person who met us there. I would like to resolve this issue, please contact me Michael, general manager 562-. I would like to urge future customers to please make arrangements and allow our technicians to perform there duty in its entirety and allow for enough time to perform them, this is why we give a 3 hour window of service(1st hour is usually the arrival hour) so that we may preform proper diagnostics and calibrations when we are preforming service. We also ask that the home owner attend the service call so that we may obtain authorization to repair without having to go though a 3rd party, this speeds up the time of service and repair.Our technicians provide the home owner with vital information for keeping there unit maintained in working order.

Had an issue with my hot water heater and contacted them for some help and they referred me to someone who came right out within a couple of hours to resolve. This is a great company and very friendly and helpful.
