Job went as expected. Jeff diagnosed the issue on Thursday afternoon but did not have the part. He came back Saturday morning to finished the job, just before one of the hottest weekends. Jeff was on time both days, professional, clean and thorough. Price was reasonable, especially for weekend work.

The company called promptly after my purchase to schedule the service. The technician, Jeffrey Godfernon was not only courteous and professional but he explained everything to me as he worked. I got quite an education! Jeffrey also made some recommendation but there was absolutely no pressure to purchase anything! He was patient and kind and cleaned up afterwards! It was a delight to have him as the technician.to work on my AC. I would definitely use this company again ... and request Jeffrey!

I would not use them again. Firstly, they ONLY work Mon-Fri which is crazy. The technician came to my house on the initial scheduled date but couldn't perform services because he only had a "6 foot ladder" and my unit is on the roof. Nobody asked this question during the appointment request, but either way to have a work truck without it doesn't make sense to me. The 2nd time he came out (a different day that I had to take off work), he checked around and I was left with the sense that everything was up and running. 2 days later, the A/C is still not blowing cold air properly. I'm going with another company because I cant deal with their ridiculous working hours or the lack of solution.

Great communication and responsiveness. The technician called me on our original service date to let me know that he was running late, so I was able to re-schedule so as to not waste time waiting around. The day service was performed, I got a call letting me know when the technician would arrive and everything went well. I got some good information and tips on my system from the tech who also provided a quote for recommended services.

I called, and the technician came the very next day. I'm surprise they even serviced my home, considering that I'm about 30 miles away from the main office. The technician Juan was helpful, fixed everything up. I would give a flat out A's across the rating system if they told me prior to the repair, what was the problem. I would've liked to understand what the issue was and give the go ahead for repair. Overall, they came and did the job. A/C is blowing cool air.

I had thee estimate his was the middle. The owner came out and gave me the run down for everything, I appreciated there was no sales push, he just broke down what the job was going to be and what products he offered. He said if you want to do it let me know if not that s fine. It was very professional, straight forward and didn't feel the pressure sale. Everything looks great and the work was great. The workers were courteous.

It was discovered that it needed one pound of R-410A added to the condenser unit. Juan did a full and complete analysis of the cooling production and thoroughly cheked to make sure that the cooling read-outs and temperature on the condenser and inside the house worked perfectly. He explained everything to me as well so that I understood the readings as they should appear when the system is working perfectly.

They were great. I asked for a couple services, and they recommended that I hold off on the second service, until the summertime. The air conditioning would be really tested in the summertime, so they will honor the deal in the summer, when its really needed. I thought that was fantastic. They didn't initially call me back right away, they lost my number, but they corrected the issue. He was on time exactly. Very courteous. Summer I am getting another cleaning, and they said they would honor the deal. They honor the deal. They went above and beyond, The deal was for one service, and they honored it for two. Went above an beyond, and courteous. Very reputable, didn't overcharge. They didn't up sell, you get what you ask for.

It didn't go. I called them and made appointment. They never showed up. I tried a second time because I was without heat and freezing. The owner answered and guaranteed the appointment. I took off work early a second time and again, nobody showed up. They never called to cancel , reschedule, apologize, etc. I am now curious, how'd they even get on Angies List?
Description of Work: Advertising on Angie's list, I'd paid for GC Heating & Cooling in Bellflower CA. to service my heater. I called & made an appointment, took off work early to meet technician. Nobody showed up.Their offer was affordable and because I'd been without heat, I called again to reschedule.I attempted to make another appointment.They told me they wouldn't be in my area and the following week was booked. What they were meaning to say was "we don't want to service you & your area. They said I should try calling back in a few weeks. When I called the third time, the owner answered. I'd explained the situation including I had been without heat(& freezing) He (Gustavo) guaranteed an appointment with time, date, etc. He even promised to come himself if his "nephew" wasn't available. Again, I left work early to be on time for my appointment. Gustavo the owner didn't show up, nor did his nephew. Nobody from GC Heating had the courtesy to call me to cancel, or explain if they were running late, etc.I thought advertisers on Angies list was a listing of professionals . Wrong. It's the first and last time to use this service. I just hope my credit card wasn't processed to add to the aggravation.
