The worker arrived on time, did a quick inspection of my air conditioner, no repair necessary, just made sure all parts were connected. AC working great now.

Although the deal I purchased had expired months ago, the woman who answered the phone at GC was kind enough to offer (even before I asked!) to honor it anyway. Juan, the technician, called to let me know he was on his way as soon as he left the job before mine, arrived on time, and completed the work expeditiously, answering all of my many questions. He recommended that I replace my (very, very old and damaged) A/C condenser, but told me that it was not urgent and that the equipment should last through another season. I do think the price for supplying and installing the new thermostat--$140 for the most basic Honeywell model, which took all of 10 minutes to install, including going out to the truck to get it--was a bit high, but not so high that I wouldn't call GC next time I need service.

Super responsive, excellent work and terrific owner. After making some suggestions on the best possible unit for our home we decided to take the owner's suggestion and are very glad we did. The system works beautifully.

Just wanted to make sure that our A/C was going to be good for the season. There's been pretty hot days and we didn't want to have any problems with it in the future. Called these guys up because of the number of great reviews they posses and they were as good as advertised. They did a quick inspection including checking on the thermostat and cleaned the A/C and the filter. They were real helpful and they were always clear. Thanks for the job well done.

Called to schedule appointment. Called one hour before scheduled time to confirm. Showed up as scheduled. Technician did a through and complete job checking AC and heater. Provided written report on condition and recommended service. Unit is 15 years old so inquired about replacement. He advised what unit to buy and did not oversell. three days later owner called to go over report, answer any questions and provided all answers, including preemptive versus waiting until the unit goes out to replace. He answered questions regarding options and recommendations, again with no hard sell. Overall very satisfied and will call CG Heating when the unit finally does need replacement.

Things went good. I was charged an additional $20 for the filter. Their quality was good. The staff to do the work was good.

Got our A/C tuned up the guy came on time and did a great job no complaints.

I called GC to remove my furnace so that my utility closet could be dried out and restored from a hot water heater leak. I needed the service done in less than 3 hours. GC had nobody available so the owner (Gustavo Cano) came and did it himself. He showed me in the course of the removal that the furnace was rusted out and barely functional which made sense since it was the original furnace in a 40 year old condo. He offered me an excellent package deal on replacement for both the furnace and central air conditioner (also original). Both appliances were an excellent brand, American Standard. GC was timely and efficient in all the services provided. Two days after the appliance installation, Gustavo came by personally to check that everything was fine and answer any questions. I am totally happy with their service in every way; would use them again; and recommend them to anyone.

It went great. He was very nice. Their price is fair.

Juan came out on time and called me 1/2 hour before he was going to arrive. He was friendly, nice and did not try to sell me anything. He said that the Thermostat was not signalling the AC to go on. He showed me exactly what was happening and said I would need a new thermostat. He asked if I wanted to do it myself or he thought that there was another Angie's List right now, that included a programmable thermostat and installation. for $200. My son bought one for $180.00 and installed it himself. If I ever need service again I would use them anytime for my AC or Heating.

Gustavo Cano is true professional. When the air conditioner on my home broke down; he came immediately and evaluated the situation. It was determined that the older AC unit needed to be replaced and his crew was able to install it the following day. I will continue to use GC heating for all of me air conditioning and heating needs.

He was very nice, professional and seemed to be a very honest person.

I have to apologize because it has almost been a year after the service has been completed and I was not aware that I had not written a review. They did an outstanding job! They were professional as individuals and completed a professional looking job. I would gladly recommend their services to anyone needing them.

Excellent Service. Timely, Clean and cost effective..

Amazing. I just cant praise GC Heating and Cooling, Gustavo and his entire team enough. My home was built in 1952 without any type of air conditioning. Very little attic space and an awkward layout. To say our home was a tough job is putting it lightly but they were able to do our job of installing a new system and solve the many problems that arose very promptly and efficiently. It was a lot more work for them as they uncovered different obstacles but were able to solve any and all issues that came up. All the people who came to do work in my home were polite and worked hard. The group was always on time always cleaned up after themselves and were a pleasure to deal with. Gustavo handled everything from permits to hiring sub contractors to upgrade our electrical panel as well as patch up the walls and paint after the job was over. He checked in constantly to make sure we were happy and to keep on top of the job. I am 100% satisfied and would recommend them to anyone interested in doing an entire install or an upgrade to a new system for their home. We took advantage of the financing option and was relived that the process of getting approved was not complicated and I appreciate the attention to detail they provide in data security regarding our personal information. I received a few quotes from some companies affiliated with the big box home improvement stores and they quoted almost double for the job. Gustavo is a wonderful business man and person. Michael was a true help in advising us on the finance portions and all of the workers in the company were great. Overall I was dreading my first big home improvement experience and writing a check for so much money of course made me feel nervous. But I really feel like we lucked out with finding this company and team of people. We will be life long customers and completely recommend GC Heating and Cooling fully.

Perfect! Even though I contacted last minute and during a heat wave, they were professional, responsive, RESPONSIBLE (very hard to find these days) and very knowledgeable. I have a very old and very rare A/C unit and they were the 3rd A/C professionals I had contacted to get service. None of the other two were able/knowledgeable enough to help me. But GC Heating & Cooling knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it as per the original estimate they gave me. I cannot recommend them more.

Service/check-up for the A/C and central heating units, very inclusive service. Tested for wear and functionality. Very please with polite provider, who arrived on time and finished in the time promised. Also had some unrelated suggestions regarding making the second floor cooler when using the A/C.
