Description of Work: Performed full system inspection of furnace. Cleaned system and made recommendations for future maintenance. Technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Very satisfied with the experience. My furnace has an odd sized filter, which the tech did not have on hand. Later, I discovered through reading the furnace literature that the filter has to be anchored with a metal frame and clips, which seem to be missing. This is a new home for us, so the previous owners must have run the filter without the frame and clips, likely allowing air to pass around the filter. Ideally, I wish the tech would have noticed this. As this furnace is no longer in production, I'm having to search for a used frame.

Description of Work: After missing two appointments, I have decided to look for another HVAC company. I am also hesitant to use a Big Deal again since it appears that the discounted services puts those Bg Deal customers at the bottom of their priority list. I have paid for but not received that service. I am writing this off as a bad investment on my part.
