OUTSTANDING!! Raymond was very responsive to my original request. He and his crew showed up on time, worked in a timely manner and came back multiple times to make everything perfect. I can't recommend Raymond and his company enough to other consumers for any type of electrical work. They were polite, efficient and very professional during our project. Customer service, quality work and competitive pricing are at the forefront of this company and I appreciated working with them. I would hire them again in the future without question.

Raymond was on time and up front about what work needed to be done as well as the price. He was very helpful in answering my questions and telling me who I needed to contact to move the work forward. He and workers showed up on time and were very friendly. Unfortunately, they broke a sprinkler connection and left a lot of debris in the worksite. However, in the end the work was done very well and I would work with this company again. The electrical panel needed to be moved and he was easy to work with on making this change. He was also helpful in giving a recommendation for patching the hole in the wall which was done very well. He took care of the permit with the city which was much appreciated.

The service went okay. They came to look at the electrical panel. The technician was not able to resolve the issue, however. We had to hire another company to fix the issue. The technician was friendly and punctual. I had no issues with scheduling.

Everything went well...I called Ray and he set up an appointment for the next day...was on time...saw that I had some serious concerns...you could see in the panel behind the Main breaker that some wires had melted. This really concerned Ray so he called the city from my house to start the permit process and have a city inspector come to my house. The city came out the next morning before 7:00am(on a Friday)and did their first initial inspection and gave Ray the "ok" to proceed. The inspector said that all wires from the street to my panel were within code requirements... Ray's schedule was booked for the next few weeks so he personally came and changed out the panel himself because he didn't what me to wait any longer to change that panel because of the seriousness of those melted wires...Tuesday the city came out to remove the lock on the meter...Wednesday the city gave him the permits and Thursday Ray was at my house at 7:00am. Ray spent all day working on my panel...he did a great job, always kept everything clean and neat...his equipment was well cared for and in good shape...you could tell Ray took safety very seriously.. He finished the job by 4:00pm that afternoon and the city inspector was there the next day, on Friday, by 1:00 pm and sign off on the final inspection. The City inspector had nothing but "Praise" for Ray's work. The Inspector took his time to show me how carefully Ray did the wiring. Showed me how the wires were not overly crowded and that the wires had smooth curves and no kinks. He was impressed with how he ran the ground etc. The City inspector says that Ray does a lot of electrical work in my city and that he always does an excellent job. Once the final was signed off Ray sent his "stucco man" (Ismael) out the next week to repair the stucco around the new panel and he did an excellent job also. He had all the same professional characteristics as Ray...he was on time, clean, well cared for equipment, and did a beautiful job. It's not easy to match "knockdown stucco texture" but he nailed it. I know it sounds like I am really singing their praises but I own 9 other properties and believe me I have seen some real characters that I wouldn't trust with a toy screwdriver let alone work at one of my properties. I will hire him again for any electrical needs I have in the future and will recommend him to everyone I know. One more thing Ray even fixed 2 other minor electrical issues I had that were not within his scope of work for no additional charge Thanks Ray and Ismael Dijon and Jay

Excellence Electric was very professional and courteous. We were in desperate need of help as we couldn't run our washer and dryer in the garage without our entire kitchen losing service! Raymond discussed our options and helped us make the best decision to meet our needs and our budget. Raymond and Manuel arrived promptly to begin work and were a pleasure to work with. We will definitely use them again in the future!

This is the first time I write a review and Ray deserves it. He did an excellent job. He listens and responds immediately when he can. It is not easy to find a good electrican with a qood attitude. He is easy to work with. Prior to finding him on angielist, I have asked few electricians and he is the best, very responsive, very responsible and the price is reasonable. In addition, my tenants are very pleased with the quality of his and his employee's works.

I used Ray for a building inspection on a property I was considering buying. He returned calls promptly, was fair on his price for the work, showed up on time and generated a detailed report on the issues he found. I would absolutely recommend And use Ray for future work.

Raymond arrived at the house on time, amazing that a contractor could do that! He asked relevant questions and got started. He made the needed repairs and then went through and checked every socket and switch to insure it worked. He had it fixed in just a few hours and the bill was less than expected. A great experience and Raymond was very personable as well as knowledgeable.

Raymond was very responsive, courteous, and professional. I Excellence Electrical in the morning, Raymond returned my call with 30 minutes and was able to be at my home in less than an hour and a half. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fix it without all the hassle. I plan to use Excellence Electrical again!

Super happy with the service.. Scheduled an electrician super fast and he was on time :) Super efficient (had to make a run to the store for a bracket) and very friendly! Love our dimmers!!!

Raymond responded promptly for my request for a bid on the work. He was able to provide a very competitive bid and once we accepted, he oversaw installation, inspections, permits and oversaw the entire project making sure it was implemented smoothly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend him for his professional and friendly service.

We had some initial trouble scheduling the time. There was some back and forth for a little while. We had a specific box to use, a nicer box that they were not able to work with. Then we had to go with something that we didn't initially want, but it is covered by the tiles. It was a good price. I do remember having some trouble getting a hold of the electrician that came out here.

They did an excellent job. I called on a Sunday night knowing that they would get back to me on Monday because they were closed.The owner called back within an hour. I did not expect that. He went out to the house on a Tuesday as I requested and found the problem. My garderer cut an inground electrical line. We made plans for the owner/Raymond Lezama to come out on that Friday and repair the line. He was respectful, on time and very professional. The area he was working was clean and the job itself was excellent. I will tell my friends about him and when I need any electrical work done in the future he's my guy. BEST PART IS HE IS NOT PUSHY he is just a nice guy.

I could not be happier with the service and professionalism of Ray and Excellence Electric. I called on Monday for them to come out early on Wednesday. I received a call back, once they checked their schedule, with my appointment time. On Wednesday, they called before they came over right at the beginning of the window they had provided. They were very polite and professional and were able to diagnose and help with all of the miscellaneous electrical questions that I had. Never once did they scoff at a question, no matter how mundane or silly it may have been. I would definitely recommend Ray and Excellence Electric to anyone looking for electrical work to be done. I will be calling them again should the need arise.

Raymond came out very quickly and was very professional. Unfortunately, I used someone who had underbid him and I now know that I should have used Raymond. Because he would have had the city come out and inspect immediatly. I think Raymond could have had the job done in one day where the person I used required 5 days. The next time I need an electrician I will call Raymond.

He is always very professional and worked hard to make his customers happy. He is also willing to make all the contacts necessary to ensure a smooth inspection.

Raymond was on time with his estimate and delivery. He took care of permitting details. Ishmael did great work patching the stucco. I am very pleased with the work that they did.

I called Raymond and described my problem, I needed some work done to complete final inspection after my service panel was upgraded (proper grounds were not installed). He told me that the electrician who installed the panel should have known to install the grounds, and that I should contact that electrician to complete the work...and if that didn't work out, he would help me out. The other electrician did not return my calls, so I hired Raymond, just wanted to point out that Raymond didn't automatically take the job my $, (which says a lot about integrity). I needed to call Raymond a few times for different reasons, and he answered the phone almost every time, which is something I'm not used to with contractors/electricians/plumbers/painters, etc.,, I'm usually getting voicemail and playing phone tag. The price was fair and the electrician who actually performed the work was on time, professional, courteous, neat, and thorough. Lastly, I received a follow-up courtesy call to make sure I was satisfied, and of course I was, but I'm pretty sure if I had a concern it would have been dealt with promptly and professionally.

Getting this provider to come out is so hard. He need to know everything before coming out. On top of this, his schedule is book out weeks ahead of time. We can't wait this long for him. Please process the refund for this. Thanks!

I want to mention, i am not one to usually comment or do reviews on any services/restaurants etc. But because of my recent experience with Excellence Electric, i feel like everyone should know that even though hard to find, there are still some outstanding service providers out there - and they are one of them. Ray and his team are an outstanding team of professionals, they really do have their customers best interest in mind. Ray is very thoughtful, communicates thoroughly of the job, and just of great character. He really sets himself far ahead from the pack of usual contractors you may encounter. Another note worth mentioning, there were several challenges he faced on my electrical job, and he did not act like many may and be opportunistic and change his quote - he stood by his word. I wish all contractors worked and cared at his level - it was a true pleasure to work with him and his team. If an A+ was an option, i would give them a perfect score. I will be using their service for all future electrical needs - for every minor light fixture change to major overhaul of anything electrical. Just some more info on the complexity of the job presented: Ii have a 1930s home, panel over 50 years old, bad electrical throughout (you can imagine with this old of a home), crawl space and small attic space. My whole house is currently being overhauled and he worked patiently around them. He troubleshooted many obstacles like a true professional and craftsman.

Showed up on time. Worked in a very hot attic and didn't complain about the conditions. Fast and professional.

Excellence Electric is a very appropriate name in every sense of the word for this company. From initial contact to final handshake, I was given excellent consultation, advise and most important customer service. I really appreciated Raymond's patience and honesty through my line of questioning for installing a 200 amp panel. I was very pleased by the way the crew treated my family and my property with courtesy and respect at all times. From the very outset of this project you could see and feel that these men were experienced, knowledgeable, competent and detailed. I was so impressed with the skilled workmanship of both Manual and Ishmael, just seeing how much pride that they had in performing every aspect in their work. At the end of the process the work area was left very clean, the house was in a lot better shape with a 200 amp panel and the bottom line is that I was very satisfied with the work of Excellence Electric. They perform quality work and they are truly excellent.
