Overall management of organization is good. Actual staff assigned to jobs is hit or miss regarding skills. Poor communication with client resulted in a poorly planned and executed job. ****** Will give this outfit one more opportunity to demonstrate that they are putting clients first.

Great. The team was fast, courteous, careful, and communicated clearly.

They repaired holes in the roof, patched cracks in the walls, installed electricity, painted, cleaned and detailed the windows, and laid down flooring. The team was professional, friendly, dependable, and very easy to work with. The project took a couple of weeks and exceeded my expectations. Would definitely recommend!

In preparation for a major remodel, we needed to move three rooms (living room, kitchen and dining room) full of furniture, books, glassware, and plenty of other stuff, moved into a modular POD. First, the gentlemen from Ranch Hands are not your typical movers - these men arrived were clean and nicely dressed (for work of course), promptly on time, and absolutely ready to help. Second, they work with incredible efficiency and a total can-do attitude. Their truck was even clean and free of debris. They took great care with our possessions, especially the furniture, and as a result nothing was damaged. A couple of larger pieces had to be disassembled to get them out of the house. Knowing that we would be ultimately be moving everything back into the house upon completion of the work, they made a deliberate point of keeping the necessary hardware together and packed the POD so that we could easily and safely bring each piece out for easy reassembly once back in the house. I was especially impressed with how well they work together as a team. Once we realized some of the larger pieces would need to be disassembled, they immediately inspected the piece, devised a plan to make sure nothing would be damaged and then determined how to best put the pieces into the POD. Needless to say, we called Ranch Hands once everything needed to go back into the house. You can really tell when an organization and it's people take pride in their work...with the guys from Ranch Hands, this was crystal clear the minute they arrived at our house.

The were very professional, provided service in a timely manner, cleanup everything after completing the job. Thanks for a job well done!

Ranch Hands is professional, punctual and precise. They are responsible and trustworthy. Most importantly they take tremendous pride in a job well done. I cannot say enough about how impressive they are.
