He has always been on time and pleased the home owners that he has worked with. The complete roof job came in under estimate and looked great. He has gone on jobs from Oceano to Lompoc for me. Re-roof was in Los Alamos

Description of Work: Reroof barn approximately 3600 sq ft which included removing cement tiles, replacing all batting, installing new heavy roofing paper and replacing cement tiles. Also repaired approximately 20 feet of facia that had dry rot. Cleaned up work site.

+ -1 moreVery clean job. Left no debris. Excellent price. Final cost was 1/2 other bids. Took about one week. Guys showed up every day. The owner checked up on his employees every day. Most were long term employees. Repair work became necessary after old roof was removed. Repairs were extra but labor and materials were very reasonable. I would definitely use this Company in the future. However the old roof lasted 25 years and I don't plan to outlive the new roof.
Description of Work: Reroof barn. Approximately 4200 sq ft. $X12 pitch. Work consisted of removing cement tiles and applying new 30# felt( tar paper), new flashing and repairing some holes in the underlayment. Also repaired some facia that had disentegrated. Considerable labor to remove the tiles and stack them on one side while replacing the tar paper. Put down new furring and replaced the tiles. Same work on the other side. Very little breakage. Also put new flashing around 5 large skylights and overlapped the tar paper. Added mastic and retuned the edges. Also scrubbed and cleaned the sky lights.
