Very professional, handled the job in less than 24 hours, prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable, efficient - a very nice man to work with (Carter). We had a leaking outside faucet that needed replacement, job well done!

Carter was the very good to work with, personable, and I didn't feel pressured or like I was being overcharged. The bid was complete and included removal of debris as well as labor and materials. Others that provided bids were either upselling or seemed like they couldn't be bothered to go into the crawlspace to provide and accurate estimate.

Carter knows what he is talking about. He was focused on the job and gave me a fair estimate on the cost of the work. Even though additional piping was necessary from our initial estimate, Carter kept the price the same to replace and fix the gas lines.

After replacement fixed a tiny leak myself. Contractor changed coming time and came 4 hours later.

Carter, the owner, is terrific! I highly recommend him. He installed a new toilet for me, very fast, very skilled, very fairly price AND he is a very nice, honest person. He goes Above and Beyond! About a year ago I called him with a toilet problem and not much money. I told him I was "handy" so he told me EVERYTHING I needed to do to fix the toilet problem MYSELF! I thanked him and told him as soon as I could afford it I would be getting a NEW toilet and because he was so nice and generous with his advice I promised to call him when I was ready. We had a problem with our new water heater and Stellar Plumbing came out the next day and diagnoised the issue. Excellent service at a reasonable price!

Carter came out the very next morning. He arrived when he said he would come and was very friendly and professional. He explained to me exactly what he was going to do and what he thought might be wrong based on the symptoms. My sump pump motor was burned out and he had to replace it. He replaced it the the next day and kept my yard very clean during the process. I was very satisfied with his work.

They came on time, diagnosed the problem and offered some options. The cost was reasonable. I will hire Stellar plumbing again.

Carter at Steller was the only plumber who had a clue about what he was doing. First I had Rescue here and the guy broke my knob off. I did not discover this till he left. Without looking behind the hardware, he knew it would need a new part. A true psychic. Then Magic arrived, they needed to take picutres, send to manufacturer on how to take product apart and cut into the wall to fix. Then Steller showed up. I had hesitated because they were the only one charging a service fee to determine what might be wrong. But he also thought it might just be clogged and need to be cleaned. Carter was honest, clear and smart. Will use again !
