[member name removed] I know when you have no hot water it can be a very frustrating experience, especially when the plumber does not call back in a timely manner I felt you deserved a better explanation of why I didn't return your call. First of all we are closed on Sundays except for customers with service agreements with our company. Because we are closed, we have a answering service answer the calls, If there is a emergency they will relay the call to the Plumber on call during the hours of 8am to 5 pm only. I nor my Plumber received a call from the answering service until 10 o'clock at night.When I received the call I got out of bed and called you. When I spoke to you, you asked me why I did not call? I assumed that you where a water heater warranty customer who was told by the manufacturer that the plumber would call (Mon -Sat 8am - 5pm) We receive those work order by email that is why I responded with "I didn't receive your work-order" I have since reviewed procedures with the answering service to help prevent this from happening again. I know this did not help you in your hour of need and I apologize and wish you all the best in the future Thanks George
