Description of Work: George and crew did an excellent job on installing and checking the plumbing fixtures. Wore shoe covers so as not to dirty carpets and cleaned up area after working. Thanks George for responding so quickly!

Description of Work: Came to evaluate issue. Said I would receive a quote and I never heard back from them. I followed up with 3 more phone calls and an email and no response. If you don't want the work, just tell me you jack wagons. Awful.

Description of Work: i tried twice in calling the company, 10:00 and 11:00 am to set-up an appt., he got back to me at 10:00pm His excuse was they never got the work order.

Description of Work: Unclog pipe in laundry room and also in the bathtub. Both are working well. They also checked one of my toilets for a leak with a blue dye. Toilet does run. | |My email address was taken and I was told that I would receive information on their toilets and that my senior discount would apply if a new toilet was purchased with them. The discount was left out on the original invoice for the unclogging. They never sent me the information.

Description of Work: Arrived on time. The person was very professional and did a quick check of the dishwasher at my request. Removed an old faucet and installed a beautiful new one that we supplied. Expensive but worth it to me.

Description of Work: Scott from George Salet plumbing capped 2 gas lines for me. Then, he took extra time to check out a water leak. We didn't find the cause, but he didn't charge any extra to explore that issue. When we tear apart the bathroom walls in the coming weeks, I'll definitely be calling them for the plumbing work.

Description of Work: "Alan" came to my home as promised. Outstanding job. The price to for the job was a little more than I expected but "You get what you pay for" and I got a good job for the price. I will use this company again and I will be asking for "Alan". This wasn't an easy job. The work area was cleaned up and will the old items were removed. Thanks

Description of Work: They came to see if we had a leak as the water bill tripled in one month. Ray checked everything throughly. didnt hurry and explained what and why he was doing . Discovered a worn out flapper in the toilet (that wasnt causing the leak) and replaced it. Applied a coupon toward payment. As he was writing up the receipt , he spoke about his boss George.How honest he was and how much he has enjoyed working for this 'family' company. I was very impressed by his sincerity and heartfelt conversation. As it turned out the water dept had read the meter wrong and there wasnt a leak after all. However finding this company was a blessing in disguise. I would recommend them and use them again.

Description of Work: Installed a new 40 gallon hot water heater and exhaust pipe. Replaced the exhaust pipes to the furnace. Replaced the major sewage pipe in the basement.

Description of Work: We needed to have two nipples replaced on the kitchen sink because rust was dripping down into the sink, so they replaced them for us. One was for the hot water and one was for the cold water.

Description of Work: I was having problems with the valve in my high-tech shower. They ended up having to clear the supply drain out as it was clogged up with garbage from the company that actually did the installation a couple of years back.
