Demolished old fence and put up new fence and gate quickly and efficiently. Cleaned up yard very well. Crew was easy to work with and they were responsive.

It was done in one day. The work was efficient and completed neatly. I saw the ratings were good and I stuck with them to do the work. It turned out that the ratings were accurate and I was satisfied with the work that was completed.

It went well tho price was higher than other bids

While definitely not the cheapest of the estimates we received, they were the only company that could replicate the previous intricately designed wood fence that we were replacing. They did an excellent job. The fence was very well made. Steve, the foreman, was great to work with, paid excellent attention to detail and left the job site clean at the end of each day.

They subbed out the stucco work to a guy who thought he was going to paint and then they sort of mixed the materials of the deck and I didn’t find that out until it was done. They also worked on the fence and they did a great job on that. They are pros for the fence work but not so much for the stucco or deck work.

It was fine. I wanted to keep the deers out.

It took them three days. They did a good job. It was reasonably priced.

Excellent. Both the estimator and work crew were punctual, thorough and meticulous. The estimator took the time to listen to the issues and concerns with the then-existing/damaged fence, and provided solution. An estimate was provided promptly, and the office help called me that it had been emailed. We were able to schedule the work on the day I returned the signed contract, and the crew was out the next day. From estimate to completed work, it took me only 4 days, and now I have this great (section of the) fence that looks great and strong.

They had the whole fence built within almost 3 hours! They were amazing! Our house is even on a cross slope and they had absolutely no problems. They also had limited access and had no issues there either. I would highly recommend them others! We were extremely satisfied with their service.

FencePro came to my rescue!. I had to fire my landscaper after 3 months of being unreliable. The most important (view fence) still needed to be done. And it was a custom design. FencePro's team came in and finished it beautifully in one day. They were professional. The price was better and the quality better than I had gotten from my landscaper. This was the 2nd time I had used FencePro. (The first time they did the fence that faced the street and the gate -- and Tim was a perfectionist about the work then -- and it was 15 yrs ago!) And I regretted not calling them them in on this 2nd job but this job had been originally a package deal. I am SO glad Tim was willing to come in. It's beautiful and I would recommend FencePro to anyone. I know he had a little difficulty in the past with one of his staff but they are long gone. As long as you deal with Tim you are bound to have a great experience.

Fence Pro 1 is absolutely awesome! I contacted Tim Garcia of FencePro1 to have a dilapidated falling down fence replaced at my Mum's home in San Francisco. The fence was 88 years old and honestly, I don't know what was holding it up, but it needed to go. Within a matter of hours, Tim responded and within a few days we had our new fence. Tim came out himself to measure and give me an idea of the wood to use. Matt came out to bring the contract for me to sign as we did not have a working printer! The estimate was within what we had budgeted for. Within two days, the crew ; Dave, Michael and other fellas..sorry I didn't get all the names !) did a superb job. They were on time, called me in advance of arrival so I could secure the doggies, worked diligently, finished in record time and cleaned up and even swept the yard and basement and front side walk! A project that I would have thought would take until 5 pm to complete was finished by noon. My 16 year old grandson was amazed at the great work in record time! He said, "Grama, they didn't even take a break....and they even swept the garage! Wow! All of the work was done promptly and professionally. They removed all of the debris afterwards and cleaned up after themselves. I liked them so much that I have called them back to give me an estimate for a deck that I would like to have them build for me. I would definitely recommend them to others.

We received a coupon in the "Value Pac" for 15% off any job from Fence Pro, over $3,000. We needed to have our aging fence replaced on one side of the house, and all along the rear of the house, along with some minor repairs of the fence on the other side of the house. Tim Garcia, the owner, met with us to go over what was needed and provided a detailed written estimate, which included the 15% off. After my wife and I made the decision to go with FencePro, we called and set a date for the work to begin. We were contacted by them asking if they could start a day earlier, which happened to work with our schedule. The workers showed up on time and had the demolition work completed in a matter of a few hours. They set the posts and stringers in the same day. The next day the came and installed the entire fence along with a gate and were done by the end of the work day. The job called for them to stain the fence and I was to provide the stain. I have the 10 gallons of stain Tim suggested I purchase and 4 men showed up the final day and had two coats of stain applied by 2 p.m. The job looks great, and the team worked together really hard. I found them and Tim easy to work with even when there was a minor change in about 16 feet of fencing which we wanted to be 8 ft instead of 6 ft. I would recommend FencePro is you have a fencing job.

hcTim the owner came out himself t give the estimate( what a nice man BTW) and it took me a while to finally bite the bullet and schedule. I've been burned before with shoddy work and no show contractors, but I took a leap of faith and so glad I did. Fence Pro replaced my rotted/falling down fence with a beautiful fence all in 1 1/2 days. The workmen work professional and I commented to Tim that they worked like a well oiled machine-everyone had a job and that person did their job, making the fence install move at lightening speed. I am extremely pleased with the work, the time it took to do the work and the price. In fact I like their work so much that we are already in the process of scheduling the install of a double decker deck and deck stair replacement on the back side of my house-A REALLY BIG PROJECT- that I would not trust to just anyone. Fence looks very solid. We used the 20% discount from Angie's list, which made the bid lower than competitors. The final cost was approximately $32 per foot of fence. I guess that's about all that matters. But it was not an ornate fence - just a simple, well built fence.

They sent people out who did not seem qualified to give us a bid and did not initially provide us with one. The owner then came out later to give us a bid. After he left, we never heard back from the them after trying to call them and ultimately never received a bid from them.

They were helpful in discussing various design options and selecting appropriate materials. The crew was courteous and professional. They checked in when decisions about height and such were needed. The fence abuts a rock retaining wall at one end and they cut a board and fitted it between the rock wall and the end of the fence so that animals won't pass through. We had some custom details for the gate and they were able to address them well. The company was responsive - there were some finishing details that needed attention and they came out and attended to it.

Overall, the experience went well. The railing and the new gate was done really well. For the new fence, I asked for something simple and I didn't have as much of a conversation about the style of the fence I wanted with him as I should have. All 3 finished products turned out well. I would use him again in the future.

The crew was top-notch: Salvadore (the foreman), Raphael, Antonio and Chive. They worked quickly but deliberately--not rushed; were careful around all the garden plants; asked me questions and showed me choices at relevant points; and even custom made fence holes in three places to accommodate tree branches that overhang my yard and that I wanted to retain. They finished in a day and cleaned up perfectly, even sweeping my basement. Maria, the appointment and estimate manager, is a delight to speak with and extremely helpful. I can't imagine a better fence experience, and I will definitely be calling back Fencepro for any future fence needs. They also offer a ten year labor guarantee. I can't recommend them highly enough!

They work awesomely fast, and are clean too. I feared that a lot of my garden / plants would be damaged, but that was not the case. Again, it's amazing how fast they put up a new fence. It looks great and makes a HUGE difference in terms of privacy and comfort, compared to the old 4' fence that was literally falling apart. They arrive on time, communicate well, and clean up after themselves. Highly recommended.

FencePro was very responsive. They came out the day I called to give an estimate and was able to schedule a crew to install the fence within the week. The fence is in the back yard and you have to go through my house to get there, no side path is available. The crew worked quickly and were careful as they brought in their tools and the fencing material. They drilled into the concrete retainwall in three places and epoxied heavy threaded rods into the holes. Then they glued a redwood posts to each of the three threaded rods. From there they were able to build the rest of the fence. The crew did a good job cleaning up and left the yard looking nice with a brand new fence in place. It is now a year later and the fence is strong and looks great. I am considering adding another section to this one and would definately call FencePro for this job too.
